When you elimate the Throttle overide setup you must drill and tap new idle screws into the side of the carb b/c your idle adjustment before was in the TORS system... Lokk on the side of the carb, there should be a flathead and jamnut.. If thats not there someone never took the time to make thier idle adjustable

Sure.. Step up dome size youll have less detonation if thats what you were having in the first place.... You said you leaned on one side.... Did you check for an air leak on that sides intake setup?

Thanks man! I know a guy who does my frames and shit... Hes super good at powder and he always askes me when I'm gonna give him something to ceramic coat. Guess I'll give it a shot. And rb0804.... That high temp paint at Pep girls?.... That stuff will just make you insane trying to get it stick to anything. Ive used it succesfully like once painting a Honda block but I meticulously went over the whole block with 3 different kinds of solvents. And it still wasnt perfect.
