I built a 200o Warrior with a Gsxr 750 Motor in it and it came out looking somthing like that.... I got it finished and rode it down the street once..... And sold it. I relized I didnt want to die on a warrior. I welded everything myself and didnt trust the structural integrity OR THE BRAKES.

Yeah.. Just fuckin around man... Download the Pinned manual and buy a dial indicator tool (micrometer) and measure all the inards for wear. You'll probably be able to see what needs to be replaced anyway.... And the year of the motor doesnt matter anyway when your buying parts since they are all the same. I wouldnt get caught up with that ground down motor tho.... Shit could end up bad for ya

If you split the cases and look very closely you will see a series of rings.... If you can make them out count them lt1bird... Every ring represents one year of ripping.

Dude... There is a bunch of trails as well as three MX tracks.... I personally didnt get to hit most of the trails because my shift shaft broke but all my buddies said they were pretty good! CALL OUT!!!! :thumbsup:

It makes perfect sense to me accept the part about "no matter how well you seal it... Yada yada" I have been using the same rubber gasket and grommet (for stator wires) for a LONG time... Every time I pull the cover off I apply a thin bead of silicone on both mating sides and I havent had so much as a spec of surface rust on my flywheel Im not sayin the sytem isnt a good one but you can certainly seal it up to the point nothing is being drawn in thats for sure.

Me and some of my thumper buddies are headed west (from South Jerz) to Rausch Friday evening and campin out in the parkin lot Friday night to ride all day Saterday. I'd love to see some of you guys make it so I'm not the only shee @ the track all F*%kin Day! Let me know!

Ahhh... I saw/ like them to but the main reason I'm getting the kit is for the Gripper seat cover... I'm tired of not being able to plant my ass in a tight trail.... Sliding around gets old quick
