  1. There is nothing low budget about long travel man... The Elka link is like $400 somthin if Im not mistaken, thats not including the shock which could be upwards of $1,100. And the front end???? Look up a Lobo setup from Roll, $2,200. It is what it is, maybe in the year 2060 the price will come down a couple bucks

  9. Sup Guys, I went west this weekend into Pennsylvania to ride Raucsh Creek MX park and had a F*%KiN blast!!!! We left Friday night (we called ahead and they left the gate open for us) and set up shop in the 26 Ft RV (My bosses RV, nice to have money, I sure dont). Woke up Sat morning and re-discovered riding again, a whole new world of riding. I can't stress enough how great this place is, although a little pricey ($65 11 am to 8 pm)... It was well worth it. I have never been to a real groomed up race track and rode, and I think I like it... alot. Pics to come soon! So anyway, the suck ass dick face part is my bike only went half the day before getting totally stuck in nuetral or first :: <---- Noticed I used the more serious head bang on wall dude, cuz I was fuckin so pissst. Not sure really what it is, I was bombing 25-30 ft tables but it wasnt an instant "my bike wont shift" it seemed to gradually get a little tighter untill it wouldnt come up out of first or nuetral, wtf? Im thinkin it could be that detent adjustment for the shift shaft selector or the shift shaft selector piece itself. (I had the cases aprt for a bottom end rebuild and noticed that selector had some play) So what do you guys think??? About the park, (been there, hate it love it?) my bike?, which has me fuming right now btw

  15. Yea.. thats an old pic, occasionaly I bring the chin strap back for ol' time sake.. And university city (Drexel) is a nice bar hoppin spot for sure. We used to take party busses through there with a keg onboard.. bar to bar, fun times. So where do you ride in P.A? Did you here Tower City got bought out by Rouch Creek? Were all going there this weekend but from what I hear all the new staff are dicks and prices shot up bigtime. We should plan up a trip man... Or you should hit Rouch Creek Track this weekend, that is if all your skid plates are in order lol
  16. South.. Like 5 min from Philly, and to stay on topic... The worst state to own a quad... "Chinstraps" hahahaa Thats great

  21. I'd say with reed spacers... and skid plates... Youd be tipping the scales at 97.5
  22. HAhaha.. Ok Yamaha Mama.!! I'll have to postpone the posting pics Of my girl for tonight.... I'll get her to take some more pics tomarrow or somethin
  23. Yes, sarcastic dick.... I have never ran motor or full frame skids.... (been ridin since I was 6 yrs old) And I ride the shit out of my bike, on all types of terrain... And have done so for 5 1/2 years on my banshee. I rode Parogon in Pennsylvania for 2 seasons every other weekend which is the rockiest terrain I'm sure anyone on HQ has ever seen.... I've never cracked a block or bent an arm.... I've dented plenty, but no where near ruined them... So..... ""put my front tires on the biggest obstacles, thanks for explaining that, yes i know how to ride... ".... Maybe you don't, If you want I could help you out buddy.. Some lessons perhaps?
  24. Skid plates are over rated.. Gncc and AGP (the local circut) Is all I ride.... I ding up arms here and there on rocks but who doesnt? The real threat is clipping a tree @ 40 mph in a trail.... In which case a skid plate is useless.... If you know how to ride/ race gncc terrain (put your tires front on the biggest obstacles all the time) then theres just no need to strap skid plates all over your suspension. Now a good set of shock guards up front, rear sprocket/brake hub skidplate are neccesary
