  1. Haha. This keeps getting funnier and funnier.
  2. Rebuilt it three times already? That's called love. I have been riding for a long time, but just recently started to go to big meets, with a lot of quads/dirtbikes. The ages vary widely, but I don't think that I have seen anybody over the age of 45 on a bike. This thread gives me hope that I will be able to ride for a long long time. I say ride till you can't! If you do happen to be forced to sell the banshee. Make sure you "pass" it down to someone who will take care of it. Then build a badass sand rail!
  3. LMAO! I got your back Dave.. ::Song:: "Real men of genius..." ::Deep voice:: "Today we salute you, Mr. I post bullshit on BansheeHQ. Armed with your trusty keyboard, you do the impossible. Your posts make us want to smash our faces, off the computer screen. Without you, the online world would be bland, and without comedy. You single handedly, make people say "WTF?". So crack open an ice cold Bud Light Mr. postwhore, and post like you get paid for it..."
  4. Lol Shayne SOLD! Sorry to you guys who missed out. This bad boy is going back to where it belongs!
  5. Also, just wanted to throw this out there. This motor with this carb and an NMotion out of frame exhaust, made 56HP and 37TQ. That's on 110 octane.
  6. Cool brother. I appreciate the help. Tell your buddy to get with me and I can help him out with more parts than just a motor! Lockups are great for trail riding! I rode this motor as a trail motor, because I didn't have a trail bike.
  7. Do the bag of Skittles come with it?
  8. This motor is the motor that BBIII went 4.7 on, in a stock chassis. This motor is very stout for what it is. That is why, I am going to try to sell it as a whole. This motor is just to well put together to tear apart. Stock bore 06 Stock stroke 15-1 CP piston T-Rex ported head +1 valves Ron Woods Billet Cams Stock trans Direct Drive lockup 42.25mm Sredrum bored carb Price : $1,500 Shipped to you. If there is enough interest, I may part it out.
  9. Well then tell this fuckstick to stop coming on our threads and posting his bullshit! Obviously he doesn't listen to people who are a lot older than him, maybe he will listen to someone who is near his age.
  10. J-Madd has a problem. Air shifters are GREAT! Just not on two strokes, and not on dirt/sand. This is the general consensus of info that I have gathered, anyway. If you are really looking to run one. Call Dennis Packard. He runs them on most, if not all his big two-stroke bikes.
  11. Yeah man, we're going to need a lot more info about your set-up. Ofcourse 14 haulers will be in the ball park, but we need to know things like, who ported it. Where are you going to be riding mostly? Is this a track bike or a dune bike?
  12. Try Racebolts.com... OR Head over to YFZtech.com and send EKO Engineering a PM. His name is Dustin, and his main focus is Ti chassis parts and bolts. I'll warn you now, before you start looking. Just the swingarm pivot bolt, in Ti, is like $200.
  13. My bad. I'm new to E-bay and such. If it is his bike, it says in the ad that they are selling for the YFZ450r.
  14. No reserve? WTF? That can't be his actual bike....?
  15. That was ugly. It would be cool with a widened front end and maybe a 240 rear tire with more of a stretch. Hmmm. Now I have ideas.
  16. I am 100% sure that you can ship that bad boy back to Greg and get him to re-cut it as a duneable. I did it with a Tyson unit recently.
  17. Could just be a freak of a motor. That happens sometimes. Could be ported too. Take the carbs off and snap a picture of the intakes, then post it up. We would be able to tell you if it is or not. With 125 in each cylinder though, I would do the top end now. Do not wait for winter. There is a reason that the compression is that low.

    how to be

I'm with Cody. I made it about 23 seconds.
  19. Bahahaha. Sorry. Just picked up a new one.
  20. Nobody has an extra set of aftermarket shocks?
  21. I have for sale or trade a lot of Traxxas nitro radio control parts. The main car is a Traxxas Jato 3.3. I have put tons of money and labor into making the baddest off-road capable two wheel drive "truggy". I never raced professionally or anything like that, but these are all top of the line parts. You can see in the pictures, that the suspension alone, rivals some off-road trucks. The camber and caster have been tweaked with aluminum buckles, to help with landing and steering. The motor is brand new. I haven't even done the break in on it. The radio is a Jackson Racing XR3i digital, that is linked to matching servos. At one point, I was running all aluminum shock towers and arms. It was too heavy for me. But trust me. If you put the aluminum parts back on, you can take this truggy anywhere. I have beaten and flipped and snapped almost every part on this thing. And that is exactly why I am willing to offer the person who purchases or trades me for all of these parts. A deal where, if it doesn't run right. If it doesn't do what you expected. If it isn't faster than your buddies. I will refund your money or parts. No questions asked. This is a Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec that I dimolished. You could use it as a parts car. Or, put it back together with the extra motor! (Which is an O.S. 1.8TM. Very torquey little sucker) And this is a box of parts that has everything in it from stock shocks to tools. (There is more than what is pictured) As you can see in the pictures. I have a lot of parts. Anybody who is interested, please contact me. Sale price is $1,000. OR Trade for a YFZ roller. Or YFZ parts. Let me know what you got. - Doc
