When you clean the bearing inside the hub. Also clean the spindle shaft. I've been there before man.

I get what you're saying and I hear where you are coming from. But you could've bought a basket case bike and tore it down to bare frame and started from there. At least then you would've had every nut and bolt already. Think about this for a quick second. You don't have an engine. You don't even have the engine mounts. (Or at least you didn't mention that you do.) The bolts that go through the engine mounts....are specialty bolts only available from Yamaha I believe. If you are going to do this right like you say you want to. Then first things first. You need to make a list of EVERYTHING you need to make a complete bike. IE. engine, harness, coil, seat, plastics, brackets, carrier, shocks, brakes, a-arms, wheels, tires....and then of course all the nuts and bolts that hold all that on. That should get you started. My first build I bought a rolling chassis and an engine. I was already 90% done before I even tore it apart to change the color on the frame. Good luck man. I hope it comes together for you.

Here's the sleeves and bushings.

These came with delrin spacers. Instead of having 1 large spacer, it is two spacers in the middle. Then of course the four "extensions" that go into the heim joints.

The spacers for these arms are in the plastic bag that you can barely tell is there! Haha! Bad picture, I apologize. The spacers are not aluminum either. These arms have all delrin spacers and sleeves.

That wasn't a raptor based bike. That was a 450cc Yamaha. With a stock head. Stock crank. Stock cylinder. Yes, with a lot of nitrous. A banshee the same size would beat it? Did you happen to miss the video that i posted where he smacks a triple cylinder around? Anyway, yes it is cheaper to get these numbers out of a banshee build, but what is the fun in easy?

YFZ VS. Banshee YFZ VS. Banshee YFZ VS. A Triple. Watch the triple jump the light, and the YFZ still runs him down. So needless to say. You can make YFZ's very fast if you choose to do so.

I agree with Dave. Tim's chassis' are sexier and they are a little over half the cost of a Lonestar.
