  1. well i was ot ridin the lake today and the shee started to run like crap and then it over heated. so i took it home and one spark plug was half out and on the other cylinder the o-ring for the dome was burnt out so i was burning coolant. it obviosly boiled over because of the o-ring but what causes them to do that? 21cc domes at 600' +4 timing on 94 octane 17 f jetted a lil rich. bad gas maybe? it was running at 120 f before it burnt all the coolant.

  3. i have those itp's and i did notice the diff in weight, but most of all bumpsteer got way worse with that offset. strong as hell tho

  7. changed my stator, left the cover off, wanted to make sure it was goin to run. it started and the flywheel whent flying down the driveway. oh shit forgot to torque the nut

  10. make sure its pushed in all the way and put some jb weld over it, that worked for me. make sure the slot on the pin is verticle to your slide before you jb weld it
  11. i tried those same lights and i couldnt see 10 feet in front of me. the stock ones are much brighter
  12. its normal for it to be hard to shift when the tranny isnt in motion but the binding on the forks im not to sure of
  13. im pritty sure its a 16 pound import cap, and you shouldnt loose any psi on the cooling system

  15. where can i get tranny parts at? is there any good aftermarket setup thats good for all round riding on a piped shee and, other small mods?
  16. i switched back to 80wt and re-adjusted, it still does it. so it must be a bent shift fork then shitty, any other ideas?

  18. yea im thinking the adjuster came loose or something, i put it together last week and adjusted it then(with blue locktite) it worked fine on the first tank. maybe its the atf because it doesnt start popping out until ive been riding a while, im goin to pull the cover off and put bellry 80wt back in ill let you know if that helps
  19. everything else works great. i was on my second tank of fuel on fresh crank and top end. and all of a sudden it starts popping out of second, but only when it has a good load and it pops back in when i let off. so when i had it appart the tranny looked to be in good shape. the only things i changed was modded shift star and from bellray 80 wt to atf type f. any ideas?

    need some stock intake boots and a cross over tube. anyone got those 4 sale?

  22. no i dont think its that. when i try to rev it up it pops and throws flame out the exhaust. really lean, and if i pull the choke to keep it running the other side floods out
  23. well i just had it running again and the left cylinder is running hotter than the other. is it possible to put the stator side crank seal in backwards? im going to pic up some starter fluid and see if i can pin point a leak. any other ideas?
  24. no tors and i dont have stock needles, i think they say n57 on them
