  1. Its all good, im surprised you haven't ever sold it. Bump for a clean ride.
  2. Seems pretty damn reasonable to me, if I needed one I would negotiate with you.
  3. I've seen this bike on craigslist for the longest time now, maybe its not the same one
  4. Man you've had that bike for sell for quite a while. Good luck of finding it a new home.
  5. I bet these are hot sellers already, but just imagine if they hosted a video w/ the sham-wow guy promoting it. Damn everybody would have one of these kits. Its fucked up how these turbonators and shit like this are poping up all of a sudden..
  6. How much do you want for them outright $? Post some pictures.
  7. you might be trying to put a 66mm piston in a 65mm bore? like everyone else has said, it only takes a second. make sure the pistons are installed facing the correct way line up your rings on the pins, compress both rings with fingers and slide her in there.
  8. Yeah its always a good idea to have enough air in the front tires at least. My brother filled his sons go-kart tires up after putting new ones on only to have my nephew flip it with my dad in it and sprained his wrist, when I heard what happened I went and drove it and there was hardly any fucking air in the tires and were biting when you turn hard. I got on his ass pretty hard about that...
  9. Is my ? the same why??? as yours? Why would somebody that has a set of the fenders in their possession come on here and ask if they'll work?
  10. Were the carbs apart right before the ride?
  11. Man those fuckers are ugly, whoever was designing back then for suzuki should be shot. Definetely looks as its been taken care of though.
  12. lmao, I mean really. That is pure laziness BK.
  13. You will have to pull the head to see what size domes your running, the domes will have a marking to tell what size they are. Most coolheads use o-rings, not gaskets. If its not a mikuni carb they're not stock, they could however be the same size carb. Like said above micro the inside diameter on the intake side of the carb. Stock is 26mm
  14. Make up a bracket at the front and move everything from the back to the front.....
  15. Make sure the wires going to the coil are on there nice and tight. When your testing the switches make sure they are closed or else your meter will show an open circuit (I know thats pretty elementary, just thought I would mention it) If that is ok I would start with ohming the stator.
  16. Dont rocket pipes have the smaller silencer canisters? I think he was talking about a Dynoport 2n1 exhaust. You will be able to tell when you look at it because it will only have 1 silencer instead of 2. Also, depending on the condition of the 900 your going to trade him I would definetely make him throw some cash to boot.
  17. I wasnt trying to make an argument of it. I was just speaking my mind after you made the statement which made you come off like a smartass who thinks he has a say around here. Well that was a point I made to you after another one of your lack-o-thought statements you made. Here's a couple quotes from you. We are in the rides of shame forum right now, this is not a NEWS or information section, exactly what it is Rides of Shame stories.. Yours never held any water either, and you've done mentioned the estrogen joke a couple posts back. I give you effort for the thought and mindpower that got put into it though. Thanks for your permission and advice, none of the above would persuade me to act any differently than I already did. I've always personally thought you were a pretty good dude, and you probably are. So lets just leave it at that.
  18. Nope, I dont have man tits and there's nothing wrong with my self-esteem. I dont habit of bumping old threads, it was already bumped before I replied. And like I stated before, this forum topic hardly ever see's many new threads so its not liked I bumped a piece of information you wanted to read all the way to the back. And anyways, its better to bump old threads with good information than to start a new one all over again. Its not my fault you like reading through all the drama and bullshit to get your rocks off because you cannot use the search button. The reason I came off as a dickhead is because you started it all with your smart ass little remark.
  19. Listen you lame ass bastard, why dont you just dissapear again like you have for the last couple months. The "Rides of shame" forum is not a popular forum either, so there really is never anything as new news thats being graced upon it. Im not the one who brought it back from the dead either dumbfuck, you need to check the post dates on which a person posts... Besides that, take your unoriginal fucking comments over to the roostin room where they belong.
  20. Well my opinion is the HQ should pay you to keep your snout out of other peoples business. Or better yet, lets turn this into an opinion thread instead of a for sale thread.. Free bump for you minkia.
  21. You should just shut your mouth.
  22. I agree with everyone else, you might have a chance if it was locally. But with the round trip shipping costs + your paint they could afford to go ahead and buy a new set of fenders in the color choice they want. And like everyone else has said, until your work has been seen its pointless to try to get something going. From the latest statement above it does sound like your just spray painting them... and to show you can do a good job (if you can) show some pictures of something other than black that you've done. Now if your doing some badass art I would say you have a chance, if your just doing 1 and 2 tone colors I dont think you have a snowballs chance in hell..
  23. If you purchase on ebay or from a private seller ask for the wattage labled on the power supply. If its 200w its a V1/V2 console (2005-2007) If its 175w its a Falcon console V3 (late '07 to early '08) If its a Jasper it will be 150w V4. To mention possibilities going from above, its possible to use a 200w (V1/V2) power supply with the new Falcon and Jasper models, however you cannot use a 150w power supply (V4) with a V1, V2, or V3 console because it does not put out enough power for the older consoles. I only say this because someone could have a 200w PSU their using with a Falcon or Jasper console. There are also ways to tell by information on the console itself which can probably be found in the link below. If your purchasing new read this http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.as...hreadid=2249461
  24. You should oil your filter, especially if you ride in areas where there is alot of fine particle materials like dust and such.
