I just put one on my banshee but I have yet to see if it makes the throttle a little easier hopefully it does. I had stock carbs with TORS removed and the throttle cable worked fin, I just upgraded to some 28mm Keihins but I havent got them yet, I do know that they use the same cable as the TORS removed cable. So all should be good since the thumb part is longer I am hoping that it will make it easier to push

If you part it out I am intrested in the rear tires and wheels

I live by carrollton which is about 25 miles southeast. I wich I could tell ya some places to ride but there aint shit around here really. a bunch of mx tracks we always ride on, my buddy has a 50 acre field we fly around in all the time, there are some trails in Bergolz they are alright, but I have been goin there forever it seems like. if ya ever want to hook up and ride let me know I am game.

where is a good place to pick one up and about how much do they run for?

I am looking to buy a good video camera to post up some vids on you tube but dont know what to look for. Not really wanting to spend a million dollars, but I also dont what a piece of crap either?

I spent $350 for my a-arms, dual piston calipers, hubs, rotors, spindles, and shocks. all from an 05 YFZ. I personally love the setup but opinions are like assholes everybody has them

that is correct, I am goin to go get soem new spark plugs b/c I fouled them out playing with it last night. Throttle hasnt stuck yet again, but I will ride it for awhile today and see what happens, when it is idling it only idles on the right cylinder, and if i give it just the littlest bit of gas the other cylinder kicks in, and I diduse the brass idle screw that were put in the carbs. could maybe the one not be exactly right?

I am running stock carbs with tors removed. they are the little brass things that are on the inside of both carbs not the side facing out, the sides facing towards each other. it is where the one long groove on the carbs slide ride up and down on. an another issue showed itself. whenever it idles it idles on just the right cylinder. when you get into it you can here the other cylinder kick in. you really cant hear any sounds coming out of the left cylinder you can here the headpipe pinging but not a hole lot of sounds coming from cylinder.

ok well I cut the springs and it didnt change much but now when I am riding it sticks wide open. so I pulled it back into the garage and it is those stupid little brass plugs or whatever you want to call them pop out alittle. so i took the top of the carb and puched it back in worked good for about 10 minutes and it did it again. any idea what the problem is?

i will try the cutting of the 2 coils and strectch it back out. and I dont have a thumb throttle extention

ok I am new to the banshee and everything I have ever owned was pretty easy to give throttle. I got stock carbs with tors removed. I check to see if the cable was bad or in a bind but everthing was ok. and my throttle box is good to. Would it make since if the springs in the carbs are to stiff. or maybe it is normal for the banshee b/c it has to pull of course two needles instead of one.
