  1. What kind of exhaust you running? and how cold is it outside? If your mixing it 32:1 for sure (8oz to 2Gal) then your fine and I wouldnt worry bout it!
  2. try a 340 main jet (8 sizes for pipe, 4 for k&n's, and 2 for it being colder outside) and work your way leaner doing plug chops, you also may want to bump up your pilots to 27.5 for the idle circuit. Good luck buddy!
  3. bump it up to 27.5 pilots and you should be a little better. Otherwise if that dont suffice, try going up a main jet and do a plug chop. Timing plates add a little more heat i've been told, and there's nothin wrong with being a little on the rich side!
  4. Thats why they make HID's
  5. Allright will do buddy!
  6. isnt that a good thing?? haha, no im not considering this just was wondering why some ppl use them.

  11. kinda does sound like a leaky crankcase seal, but cant hope for the worst! lol throw some new plugs in there make sure your float heights are correct. See if your getting gas to the carbs, check spark on both plugs. Crank it over a few times with the ignition off to load up the cylinders a bit then try and fire it up. Make sure you have the choke tube connected between the carbs and both of them synced. Compression is always a must also! check your head nut torque, should be 22ft/lbs on each. You would have noticed if you were burning gear oil, woulda been a pretty smokey ride! If you HAVE to shoot a shot of starting fluid in there, its not good but just a little bit wont hurt ya. DONT use it every time!! Might also need to bump up your pilots, but if you said it ran before than just do all these other checks. Let me know how it goes!
  12. Hey I was also wondering what gearing I should do. Im gonna buy all new sprokets and chain and like input from you guys. Would like a little more low end but not sacrafice too much top end. THanks guys!
  13. Tight! I cant wait to get my shee all fixed up!
  14. Hello, I wanna do some upgrades on my suspension and drivetrain. Just wondering what axle i should buy for good mxing and some off road and jumping. Also am looking into widening the front end. What brands for a-arms and axles that hold up good? Does +2 all around sound good?
  15. Ill do that too, the black paint or whatever on the slides is wearing off and looks like it could pose a problem also. But i always lube up the slides with WD40 before they go back together!
  16. Black all the way, adds like 2-3 hp
  17. Would a fuel pump for stock banshee carbs benefit any, pry sounds like a dumb question, just interested in the idea.
  18. Ill do that for ya this weekend, got a temp gun too. Just wonderin what you need the temps for?
  19. k ill see what i can do this weekend, since its so damn cold around here!
  20. I would try bumping up the pilots to 27.5, my shee is acting like this too! 280s sounds good but i would leave the needle clip in the middle.
  21. Havent had the time to work on it yet, plus its like below zero out so not fun either. Maybe this weekend ill take a peek at it. No mods added yet, i have a few to put on yet.
  22. You have any of this stuff left, lookin for some bars.
  23. Sorry got your temp gauge sent out and should be recieved soon, some post office discrepencies.
  24. Yeah I was planning on trying that first, then if that didnt work ill turn into Jason Vorhees and chainsaw the b*tch haha
  25. No the 10 is how wide the tire is and the nine is the diameter of the wheel. So you need to be looking for nine inch tires. Razrs are good tires for all around or some itp holeshots.
