bought my girl in rough shape, she had been blown up and the rod was elongated with piston shrapnal all over the cases and head. Picked her up for 1100 bucks and invested about 500 in parts and now look at her, she's as sexy as the day she came off the showroom, well not quite haha but close enough.

My buddy and i built one a couple years ago with a 440 fan cooled sled motor and the thing hauled some major ass. He did like 112 in the quarter mile and the thing would do cookies on dry pavement.... :happy: it was insane, so i built one myself also and put an old Suzuki TC305 twin in mine, basically a little smaller than a shee motor and had it as a shifter kart. that bitch was crazy and still is sittin my shed today. Im lookin to get rid of it eventually since i dont ride it that often, but hell yeah throw that shee motor in a little go kart frame and you'll be rippin it up!

See there lies my problem, i dont wanna spend a huge amount for chroming them and then they just blue again and look like shit. On the other hand chrome looks damn good and would go great with the scheme I am going for vs. the high temp pc...

What should i do with them? they are starting to look like shit and wanna do something with them when i do my frame up rebuild.
