  1. I just put on my new 33mm pwk's not realizing that I fit the k& n's on with the pipes off. The k&n's are 3.5 dia X 5 long. Has this happen to anyone else and if so any sugestions.

  3. Your problem may not be the spring and ball bearing it could be you kicker if it keeps swinging out. There is a hole in the kicker that the ball goes into to keep it against the bike and once used enough the hole becomes a grove. It happened to mine. You may need a new kicker. Just look down inside and see if it is groved or not.
  4. What size does everyone use and I am assuming k&n with outerwear or do people use uni's.

I just got my new 33mm pwk's and I was thinking on switching from my airbox with my pro design proflow kit and using k&n clamp ons do you just use the hose clamps to keep them on or do you hold them up in the back somewhere or on the bottom. I just dont want them falling to fall off when jumping. Pictures would be great.
  6. My bottom end on the left side makes a significant amount of noise that I only notice when it is idling. (but I think that the exhaust noise just covers it at higher rpm's) It sounds like it could be some play in the wrist pin bearings. (Just a guess) I have taken apart the top end and replaced the bearing on the wristpin in the piston and that did not seem to have any less play. The bearing around the crank does not seem to move up and down much if at all but it seems like it can be rotated more than I would think it should and when I say rotated I mean rotated around the axis theat runs through the center of the crank rod the long way. How dificult is it to take out the crank and either change the bearings or just replace the whole crank assembly. I have not done any lower end work yet. Any help would be great.

I am looking at the wicked a arms on ebay for 400 and also the fullflights for 350. 1. does anyone have a preference of which one or should i look at another brand. 400 is about my limit. 2. i am looking into getting yfz shocks, how would they fit on either of these. 3. would i need to get brake lines or would the stock fit 4. does the +2 mean +2 over all or +2 on each side i appreciate any help

    I am looking for a set of T-5's the set or just the pipes. I am looking to spend 250-300.

  14. I am replacing my clutch and I noticed that there is an o ring under every friction plate. Are these necessary? This is the first time I have ever done the clutch on my banshee and I don't ever remember them being there on our warrior or blasters. thanks
  15. Looks great! What kind of paint did you use? I have been looking in to painting my plastic and I don't know what to use.
  16. So I should use type f? Would synthetic oil cause the clutch to slip? (or some other oil) I know alot of questions but i am just curious. thanks
  17. Just any old 10w30 or is there some I should stay away from.
  18. Is it ok to use sae 30 weight oil with no detergent in the gearbox. I know some guys use atf is this a better alternative and if so do I have to flush out all of the previous oil before i put in the atf. let me know what you guys think.
