Never had to run smaller tubing on mine??? But I have a trick, boiling water, dip the tube in it for a few sec, slide it on the carb and clamp it. It should be soft enough to reform. The HD will likely not get it to the needed softness with out making it brittle. 2 diff kinds of heat.

Correct me if I am wrong, But with a Mooses 250W coil ran DC with a rect and a batt, you will have NO problem with 2 50w lights. I had a RS 200W set DC did all the work my self (was easy) ran 2 PIAA 50w Spots and 2 35 W floods with absolutly 0 problems. Even at low RPM the light was constant and BRIGHT AS HELL!!! You should be fine with 2 50w lights.

I have never had an issue with my Ricky Stator products. But I know for a fact the Moose is a good one as well. I ride lots of water, mud, rocks, and woods so I put the element test on most things I buy. So far I have had 0 issues with either. :geek:
