  5. Looks like you fucked it up good. i would look for a default setting but idk if one is offered.
  6. you can track the numbers threw weisco. if the bore is good i would just get rings.
  7. you dont need to move it much the gap is between .15 and .20 if your not over or under your good. and make sure you gap it with the part sticking out the center of your flywheel , the round part of the wheel. if not you brake shit.

  10. seems like you got fucked up good and that you have the Banshee mods figured out so why not get the Shee. i would. I wouldnt ask for opinions, i would play it off like i`m the one getting burned and try to get some cash with the shee. and yea, ditch the boost bottle.
  11. it took $1300 to get my shee going. that was about 4 months it took but its done now. i traded a running kx250 1986 for her. the kx was mint the shee was in boxes, blown up, missing parts, cracked cases, bad tranny and lots more. now its done and i love it. well, except for the cracked boot now but shit happens. sometimes it takes riders years to do a build. if you stick with it you wont be sorry.

  13. i wouldnt do it. you find problems then fix them. it takes time. i would rather have a shee that dont run then no shee at all. once you get it running youll understand.
  14. i can tell you what i use in my shee but you will get different feedback from others. NGK B8es plugs, 50:1 amsoil ratio. the first thing i would do is get pipes, then reeds.

Thank you its a PWK. them pics and the idle screw told it all. i read on here alot that the PJ carb is hard to tune and mine was a bitch and its very sensitive with the air/fuel screw so it had me thinking that maybe its not a PWK and its a PJ. Thanks for all the responses all problems solved.
  16. I have a 2 in 1 carb and i`m not sure if its a PJ or PWK carb. whats the difference between the 2?
  17. 310 main is way to big. my ele is 1300 and i run a 160 main.
  18. I`ll see if i can find a pipe. i can use them parts.
  19. they will all fit but stick with works or elka. all year banshee shocks fit all years.
  20. try your spark plug caps. i`m on my 3rd one in about 3 months. my shee runs like a monster then all a sudden when i open it up it bogs but it will run like a champ if its not open. once i changed the caps it was a monster again. replace the caps.

  23. I`m from Shamokin. i had my shee for about 10 months now. brown is good but once you open it up it may change. a beer bottle brown is good. this is a link that i used to judge my plugs. Fuck plug chop click here. i`ll have to post this so members can get easy help.
