    If you didn't ding up the bearings or seals, don't worry about it. I just had my swingarm powder coated and it still went on fairly easy. Did you paint it or powder it?

    Did you just look for an air leak? Spray carb cleaner aroung the boots. If it dies, or chokes up a bit, you have a leak. Those were the exact same symptoms my bike had, it was a carb boot leaking.

    I sanded the bajesus out of my plastic to get out all of the gouges and what not. I went up to 1500 grit and it looks pretty good. I would like to protect all of the hard work I did and also bring a little shine to them. Here are my questions: Can I clear coat them? What brand, kind, etc..? How many coats can I put on. Will this even work? Thanks guys Ryan

    How are your shocks set up, style of riding and weight. How much? Also interested in rear douglas wheels, possibly the bead lock set. How much for the rears, and the beadlock set? Thanks Ryan
