  1. ok so ive posted a bunch of times the noise in my motor but still havent got it fixed can some one help i know what its not the only thing im thinking it is is the cases worn out but not even sure if thats it this is my second set of bearings in 3 weeks and theres a lot of vibration from motor and theres a noise i can feel the kickstarter vibrate when reving the engine sounds like a rattle

  4. my banshee is doing the same thing but was wondering if you hit the gas can you feel it in the kicker well good luck cause mine has done it for w while and i havent figured it out ive replaced the bearings on the brand new crank and still the same thing well best of luck, Ray

  6. ok three weeks ago i purchased a vitos 4 mill stroker crank had my jugs bored to 80 over it has a mild trail port from dyno it has 5 degree advanced timing lightend flywheel 34 mm keihn,s i rode it about an hour and got behind some wheelers polarises they pulled out in front of me n stired up a lot of sand got it home the next day i heard a ticking noise so i took it apart n their was sand in my center bearings so i had my crank rebuilt with hot rod bearings had the clutch rebuilt also put it back together and i herd the noise in the side cover mind you theres about 5 min or so on new bearings i reved the motor twice and the flywheel and the nut to the gear to the waterpump came of putting huge hole in my clutch cover recently purchased a new cover waiting for cover now pockets getting low on funds what to do????
  7. well as you all know that ive rebuilt my banshee twice and the problem keeps making things worse.ive put a vitos 4 mill crank in and that went bad so i had it rebuilt with hot rod bearings with stock rods 80 over pistons the heads been milled 10 thousands 34 mm keihins there was a grinding noise behind the side cover not sure think its the kick start idler gear now the fly wheel and the waterpump gear both sides came loose and the water pump side has a hole in it as what i put in my last post this thing is killing my pocket HEL PLEASE
  8. actually it is a grinding noise and its behind the clutch cover and you can feel it in the kick starter and when you rev it up it gets worse and the hole is in the clutch cover
  9. oh ya and the crank was trued and welded by a machine shop
  10. well lets c just got the crank n clutch redone put it back together yesterday and same noise but now while it was running i hit the throttle a couple times and wouldnt you know it the flywheel came loose and the bolt on the waterpump side blew a hole in my side cover has this ever happend or has anny one herd of this b-4 its a vitos 4 mill with stock rods bored 80 over 5 degree advanced timing key mixing gas 50/1 ams oil the grinding was behind the clutch cover now got to get a new one found a brand new one of ebay guess im gonna have to pay some one 50$ an hour to fix it tired of messing with it waiting on my new cover now from flea bay buy it now 50 bucks
  11. ok well hear we go again i just had my crank rebuilt my clutch rebuilt and my cylinders checked just got it back together and the noise is still there i can feal it in the kick starter @ high rpms help would b greatly appreciated
  12. just did a search and wow that was funny guess theirs a fight in there but was wondering what every one thought about getting my cylinders resleaved id go a head n get new ones but i like the way these cylinders pull ne thoughts for 74 bucks each is it worth them

  14. i just bought this vitos 4 mill stroker with stock length rods and then got in the sand with it i guess so instead of getting another new crank thought i could rebuild this one cheaper
  15. ok heres what happend i just bought the crank and got in some sand i guess cause i posted there was a noise and tore it down posted it n got some remarks that it was the clutch basket so i went n had my basket rebuilt put it back together and still the noise so i tore it appart again and this time i spun the bearings just messin arround and herd some sand in it so i cleand the bearings with break cleaner oiled it put it back together and the noise got louder well got new bearings n hope its them seems so since the noise got louder but now i got all this money in the banshee just my luck it will b the connecting rods
  16. im not sure it needs rods yet kinda hope not but ive already bought the bearings
  17. well just took my crank down to get rebuilt n thought hmm hot rod bearings n possibly rods still waiting to hear if the rods are bad but if they are im gonna put hotrod rods 115's on it trued n welded lol what ya think
  18. ive got a set of +2+2 a arms and when i got the wheeler she kinda went over backwards n broke the ball joint to the a arm so while waiting for new i was gonna put stock a arms on but after i started puting them on the last one i put on was bent ne ways i got the +2+2 a arms fixed n put them on but now im looking @ it n the top a arm goes back n the bottom goes forward so did i put them on wrong or is this the way they go their pro line a arms not sure of the meaning of +2+2 a arms
  19. i think the vitos super stock pistons are shorter but with a stroker motor am i to look forward to piston slap cause of the degree of the crank
  20. ive got a vitos 4 mill stroker n now getting new crank the vitos is seperating and ive heard hot rods cranks come welded just wondering whats better also wiseco pro lights vs. vitos superstocks
  21. are you saying that following him in a car is not an accurate speed
