I had to do a search on this topic and found this forum. What happened did BHQ ever decide on something as far as quad of the month, make new banners, etc.? Sorry to bring up a topic that everyone has talked about a 1000 times already probably. I just wanna see some more members opinions.

I agree, i think everyone who does build up there drag banshee it's got to much sentimental value in it to race it and possibly lose it. That would be cool...lol

Your first mistake was selling it in the first place, i wouldn't buy another banshee if you just wanna ride it everynow and then. You can do to much to a banshee to just buy it and just ride it. I would get the 450 to play around on. Sounds like you won't get the banshee enough attention that it needs. You know i'm looking out for the banshees feelings....lol

Aww can't give up, did you check your ignition coils to see if there putting out enough spark, ummm it could possibly be an easy fix.

I like it, i hate them big bulky bumpers what do you need a big one for are you going play destruction derby...lol I like it though man looks sweet.

I don't think it would change it that much, ofcourse i don't know how the T6s perform i have t5s. I would think it would help it more less. Where are you at 2500 above or below sea level?

And Nooooooo it don't sound like a street bike, it's a 2 stroke and sounds incredible!

The Toomey T6 pipes are junk, go with the T5s and your bike being stock i would definitly reccomend getting the T5 kit with everything including the jet kit. It turns your bike around and for the oil coming out of your pipes it's normal but 32:1 i would go 40:1 and should help out a little on the oil coming out the pipes.

You beat me to it, i was typing i assume as you were posting. But yeah i have the TORS on my bike with K&N filters

Man toomeys are the shit, i just installed the T5s on my bike with the 280 jet kit...I'm 0 feet above sea level being i'm only 20 minutes away from the beach...lol I haven't had any problems with my bike. You still running the stock air box or do you have the double K&N kit coming off the carbs. I installed my pipes and jet kit and ran like shit cause i wasn't getting the right amount of air it needed.

I DON'T trust alot of people, you never know what kinda people are out there.

O and by the way 1 more thing, i drained the oil and the parts won't be in for about 5-6 days is it bad to leave it sitting with the drain plug out and no oil until i get the parts and put new oil in it?

Haha i didn't have a manual so i figured i would write my own and use my mistakes as learning curves...lol

Hey cody how is the build coming along? I got some more things in the mail (look at the sig pic) i'll get some new ones up soon.

For all of you who changed out the clutch basket cover before you know what i'm talking about. I recently changed it out as you can see in my sig but didn't have a clue how to get the seals out the old basket into the polished one so after about an hour of fooling with it i got pissed and started stabbing it with screw drivers and screwed the seals all up. Had to go to the Yamaha shop and order the interior seals. So a reminder for those of you who change it out use a C clamp and push it out...I DIDN'T....LOL
