  1. I might be interested in the frame if the roller deal doesn't go through.
  2. Here's the last time I was there with everybody. Paddles worked good but there isn't a good straight to use them on. You wouldn't want to run them everywhere either. That's what made the 4snows nice. You can run them most everywhere in the loose stuff. My link
  3. I've ran 4snows all over that place and did real well. They hook in the deep thick stuff and up the hills. Good time. They held up pretty good to.
  4. Justin I got your stuff out today. Supposed to be there Monday.
  5. Ooh that sucks.
  6. Got any pics of the upper case? What kinda cash.
  7. I'm getting ready to rebuild mine. I bought it back from the guy I swapped it to. He ran pump gas and didn't rejet for the cold weather. Burnt a hole in oneof the pistons. Pretty quick from what he said too. Wiseco pistons look to be in the $75-100 a piece range with rings and pin. Boring can be anywhere from $35-80 a hole. Plus gaskets. Not sure what a good top end kit is going for. I usually piece mine together anymore.
  8. Sounds like you smoked it. If you had it wound out and then it puked, you seized it. When you rebuild it you'll wanna make sure you fix the reason it seized. Jetting, low octane fuel, whatever.
  9. PM sent. I just noticed how close you are. Never paid any attention before.
  10. Not sure of brand. Good shape with all the clamps. Thinking maybe $50?
  11. I went through the same crap man. Constantly fixxing crap, everytime you make something better another part falls off. Then I made a long trip to the dunes and didn't have a lick of trouble for 4 days straight. Ran like a top and the 4 poke puked out. It's a coin toss. With the stuff I have the 4 strokes are all newer everything. The Banshee is a relic. I've learned the hard way which gaskets suck, what oils to use, where you can cut corners and where you need to overkill stuff. It's a learning curve just like anything else. Some of the stuff you've been having problems with can happen to anyone. Once you get those issues fixed right you shouldn't have to worry about them for a while. These things are really reliable once you figure out the limits. Just takes time, money and patience.
  12. It's shiny he put clear over it. Not sure how many coats are on these pieces though. Implement like tractor. I'm not sure what the difference is. I think the stuff he uses is oil base. That's all part of the process I think.
  13. Those are kinda different. I've always gotten all my filters at a local gocart shop. They are usually real cheap and have or can get outerwears. They are usually just like a K+N. I've ran them for a long time and had good luck with them.
  14. That looks bad. I almost jumped when the pic came up. Man looks like it's been under water. Hopefully it looks worse in the pic than it really is? Man I wouldn't run that. It would vibrate itself to pieces if it ran that long. I'd sent ot to somebody and see if it can be cleaned up. Maybe blasted while it's apart. I've got a welded stocker I'd sell ya cheap that would be a better start than that.
  15. I was talking to him about doing it for other people, he was interested. I'm gonna wait and see how the fenders hold up and maybe go from there. He could do just about anything as long as it wasn't too big.
  16. That's a color pic. He just mixed black and white. He thinks he can do any color. I would think you would want colors that would look good or mix together well. I've been thinking about it. I'm looking at getting a bunch of stuff coated. I'm trying to decide what I might want done with this versus coating.
  17. My buddy did this to his pit bike plastic. He used some kind of plastic prep stuff and implement paint. Looks pretty cool. I think I might have him do some stuff for my Banshee.
  18. I think I'm back in. Me and a buddy on our 4 pokes. Gonna come pick on some Banshees.
  19. You get my PM?
  20. I sent you a Pm back.
  21. Looks like I may be gettin screwed out of this trip. I've got a seminar to go to that weekend. A few of the buddies that would come with me are going to it too. Our wives aren't to excited about us going riding that day. Might have to get creative.
  22. Is that carrier a RAD or something like that? They used to make something like that. Don't know if they are even in business still.
