I make them all the time. I use the rolled up gasket material from an auto parts store. I wouldn't use a manilla folder. Pretty thin.

What's up with front rims? Are they flipped stock offset with drilled valve stem or they come that way?

I've ran stock cylinders with the same mods at around 310-320 mains with stock carbs. If you have porting I would think you would be a richer on your jetting. Where are you at? Elevation, temperature, compression, type of gas? Is it detonating? What are you running for a head? Is it getting hot? Did you run the jetting up until it started puking on itself then back down until it cleaned up? Then check your plugs. That's the only way I know to make sure you are rich enough and not smoke it. Do you have a plate in the airbox for the K+N? How is it mounted? Not sucking dirt or something?

If you have the money get something good. Don't cheap out. I still like my iRazrs for the Badlands. I looked at the Duro Hookups to. I was running the iRazrs when I was racing everybody that last time I was there and couldn't keep the front end down with the stock swinger. Made for a nice sig pic.

I have a set of cases with a bad chain break in them I'll sell cheap. You can pull the studs out. $25 plus shipping?

Where are you located? I've got a full set of Razr 2s. the fronts have at least 3/4 tread on them and the rears have about 1/4" to 3/8" tread on them. I'd like to have s shorter set for the front. My fronts are 22s and the rears are 20s.

I just had a buddy confirm the Badalnds trip with me today. He says he's gonna talk to his boss about getting off for this one next. I've been bitching at him about it twice a day for a month.

I have a set, gonna have to check how nice they are. I polished them along time ago. One has the dent from the brake caliper. I know that one of the perforated cores had broken on one of them in two places and I slapped it back together with a hose clamp so I could ride one weekend.
