I'm kinda in the market for some brake and axle parts off a stocker. Converting my sons Blaster to Banshee stuff. Will eventually need the entire rear carrier setup, axle,brake rotor, caliper rear master cylinder, pedal, line, whole ball of wax. Same for the front. Spindles out and a master cylinder too. Might be after Christmas. What do you have?

It's not on that bike in the pic if that's what you might be refering to. I bought it for that bike but never used it. I set it on there and that's about as far as it went. I think this style goes on and the pastic gets cut right infront of it. I think you run a radiator cover and maybe the lower pieces that are conneted to the fenders. I think. You can see most of the tank when it's on the bike I think. That's why the sides are shiny. It's actually alot bigger than it looks.

if you use photobucket check to see if you have one too many https in there. I'm not a computer guy so don't bash me if I'm using the wrong link deal. That's what I end up doing and it works. There's always too much crap at the begining of the link and it won't work.

If I got it done I'd probably send it to Passion where I would get the porting done. I would think he would do it right. He seems pretty sharp. I haven't checked in to it yet though. Been busy.

Those the first set FMF made? Those are clean for the age of them. Don't think I've seen them chromed like that. Only black ones. Good luck with the sale.

450 doesn't sound too bad. But then again for what I'm doing I could have the good crank I have now trued and welded and get the cylinders ported for about that much.

It probalby wasn't the cranks fault. Probably those Hot Cams you are running. I've heard those are hard on parts. If I could find one that hadn't been welded I might not be too bad. Get it trued and welded and replace the bearings and go for it. I don't know, I'm going to look around and get some prices.

Everything feels ok on the thing. The bearings don't even look too bad. The good rod does feel a little tight when you spin it on the crank. It might just be dry though. I was thinking new 4 mills are in the market of $500. You think it would cost that much to rebuild? I guess if you go $80 a rod and get good bearings it could be close and then include the labor since it's welded already. Might be better off finding a good used one somewhere.
