Your absolutely right about that.. I just measured my wicked rods and they are also 14 inches. Good thing I had a set of NOSS rods that I could use which are slightly over 13".

I'm using three bond 1211 to seal the cases, would I use the same thing or just grab some permatex?

Guys I am about to go through the roof right now.. Had the cylinders ported and been sitting around in the box waiting for the installation. I checked one jug when I first received them and was happy with the work but never checked the other one till now when I was getting them ready for paint. had plans to put the motor together this week and I'm totally fucken bummed out right now. I'm running a cool head and not sure if it will get a good enough seal. Is there anything that can be done to fix them? The nick in the base doesnt seem like it will effect the seal but I'm mainly worried about the top of the left cylinder sealing. Here's some pics of the two cylinders! The marks are on the left and right tops, and the left base. :shoothead:

I always use pb blaster where I think I might have problems removing something and it always does its job.. Good stuff!

Get yourself a set of pipes, adjustable timing plate and make sure your compression is up to par. If it was a pretty close race than those two mods should have you slowly walking by him. If you want to smoke him then do the above and also either a cool head or have yours shaved and some port work. Make sure your filter isnt all shitted up.

I bought a banshee and was told its a 2000 and came with all blue plastics.. Gonna have to check the numbers to verify the year.

lol thats some funny shit.. I was waiting for you to come off saying you seen them making out, but yea good one. As for the sprocket, I always read it was good to replace both at the same time due to them causeing premature wearing to the new part.

I have THESE gaskets, any problems with them? Didnt know only the manufacture ones were recommended.

Razr 2's are nasty! Beefy knobs and 6 ply.. I just bought a set of fronts and rears and switching over from bandits myself, they just werent doing it for the trails. Will be mounting them and testing out this week but they sure look like they can cause some damage.

I've got 3 arms(blue), one was damaged so I wont sell it. Also have the spacers never uesed if you need them for some other arms.

I'm not bashing on your ps3 man, relax.. Just saying the 360 has the titles and games right now. I can easliy buy a ps3 but dont choose to as it wont get much use. I like to play a good game at times and I havent seen anything on the ps3 that has cought my eye.. When I play its online and the ps3 doesnt quite have that yet either. If I was a hard core movie watcher than yes I would buy the ps3 but nah not for me yet. I have friends that love to game and have both systems and the 360 gets most if not all the use. Yes when its time to watch a movie they power up the ps3. I will most likely buy a ps3 in the future if the games get better, dont want to pay that money just to watch a good flik in 1080p.

For the true gamer the 360 is the way to go, esp. since it now has HDMI digital out instaed of just the analog. Sony hasnt taken advantage of the blue ray technology for the games. Madden 08, basketball, COD4 and others all run better on the 360. I dont understand it if the PS3 has all that technology and power! Yeah the online play is free for the ps3 but guess what, IT SUCKS, always has since the ps2! Ask anyone who has both systems.. I'd rather pay the measly $50 bucks for xbox LIVE which you get what you pay for! Only thing the ps3 has going for it right now is the blu ray and would never pay that price for just that, a blu ray player. By the time they get their act together when it comes to games microsoft will have a new console out ready to drop.

Whats the easiest way to remove and install new outter bearings.

I had the T5's and thought they sound sick until I heard and picked up a set of 916's. Sickest pipes I've heard on a banshee. Better bottom to mid power than T5's from what I hear. Will soon find out when I finish the build.
