Its hard as hell to describe. Pretty much there is a red cap with a wound cord coming off kinda like a phone cord this I believe is the leash. There are 2 small wires that come off the cap they are red and white and they are also cut, doesnt sound right but this is how I found it in the box, it was attached to the handle bars like this. Then there is a medium sized black wire with 2 small wires coming out they are also black with the ends stripped off. The medium sized wire with the 2 small wires coming out of it runs down from the handle bars at the clutch side to the little rectangle area infront of the gas tank. By the reactangle area I mean where the clutch wire goes and wires from the harness go and it is kinda located where the front of the gas tank rests. From there it looks like it is tied into the harness somehow. I could not get a good look to tell you for shure because I put my gas tank back on today and in michigan it is cold as hell at night and I am going to wait untill morning to take it off. I also did not check for spark I will do this first thing tomorrow when I get up. I have a kodak v550 camera but when I was taking some pics for a HQ member of the engine I recently sold it took a nice dive off my computer stand when I was loading the pic onto my computer so it is currently at kodak getting fixed as we speek. If I have a teather should I still have a key box w/key and switch or does the teather elminate that. I noticed a few open clips on the harness by the coil and caps they look like the big one you use when you plug the motor into the harness. Sorry for the long post I tried to describe it as best as I could If it doesnt make sence when you read it read it very slow a second time and you might catch on to something

Most have said that they run 32.1 So I think that is what im going to mix next time. The only reason Im running the 52.1 is because the guy at the dealership told me that this is what I want to run. When I mentioned I was going to mix it 32.1 he was like ohh no you dont want to do that. I believe the guy was just trying to sell me the most expensive shit they had and I bought it. Since I already mixed mixed 5 gallons gas and cannot take it back I was going to use a little bit to make sure my motor was going to start. I put some gas in kicked it over and it dint fire so I guess I have some more problem to figure out.
-
That might be my problem right there I dont have a key switch or any switch on the bars that says run. I have a theather.
-
Man I have no clue how to check any of that. I believe I have good compression because the guy I bought my motor from had it rebuilt with about 5 tanks thru it before I bought it. It has all new gaskets and stuff so I dont know how I could of lost compression.

Bought all the shit to get this bish going today after about 2 weeks of off and on work putting the beast back together from boxes and waiting for parts. Went to fire it up and nothing :: . This is my first bike that I had to put together from boxes. I have no clue as to whats wrong. From the begining I dint know shit about them. Anybody want to come get this bitch running I have cash on hand. Im located in saginaw, michigan.
-
Shit I guess it doesnt matter now. The bish doent want to fire up and I have no clue what could be wrong.
-
Damn I think im going to try just a little bit of what I just mixed. I spent $13 for gas amd $9 for this lil ass bottle of the mix so im not going to just throw it out.
-
So if I run this 52.1 what is it going to hurt I already mixed it. I said to the dip shit working at the dealership I needed to run some shit at 32.1 and he said WHY!!! I was like I dont fuckin know because all the people with banshees told me to mix at 32.1 And he was like Ohh you dont want to do that.
-
I was wondering if this was correct. The guy at the stealership sold me some shit called golden spectro premix concentrate. It says on the back it gives you 52.1 every 5 gallons. I could of swore you guys ran a 32.1 My motor is stock does this ratio sound right.

A guy was selling some here not to long ago probly like 2 weeks ago. I was going to buy them but they had a few dings in them and they had fmf silencers. Shit if I knew they were suppose to be badass I would of ditched these adjustible LRD's and jumped on the T3's

I figured it out. For the T fitting I have the clutch cover vent hose connected to the right side of the T fitting. Then I have the hose on the back of the cases going to the left side of the T fitting. Then The center one on the T fitting doesnt run to anything so I let it hang down by the swing arm. Then for the one coming off the raidiator I zip tied it to the top bar and ran it to the back behind the motor. Im pretty shure this is correct Thanks for all the pics

No im clear on the one radiator dump hose. But I still cant figure out the T. Where are you located in saginaw the township or the city? Ohh shit I dint see your post firehead. Hell yea If you want take them filters off and get me some pics of how the T fitting is hooked up and were the T fitting vent line goes. Also for the Radiator dump hose do I run it on the bar where my tank goes or run it along the bottom bar on the left side.

Ok I know were the fat hoses go but im getting confused with the small ones probly .25" So lets do it like this. 1. What hose is the long one thats about .25" just below the radiator cap and were does this run to.Should it have a screw in the end because mine does I did not put it in there, The previous owner did but im not shure if it is suppose to be in there, my guess is that its not suppose to cramed in the end. 2. The small hose .25" coming off the clutch cover side connects into the T connector which also connects to the .25" hose connected to the back of the cases by the back motor mount CORRECT ??? 3. Now there is one opening left in the middle of the T connector. What other .25" hose do I connect to it and were does it run. Correct me if im wrong but the hoses connecting to the cases have nothing to do with the radiator and they just hang there or wrap around the pod filters like Fireheads does in the pics he posted in the link above CORRECT??? If someone could answer these questions I think I will have it.

Yes transmission breath lines if thats what they are called. Im new to this shit and I thought they had something to do with the radiator. The side shot of the motor helped the most. Man that banshee is badass nice bike. I think I saw a couple people from around my area not long ago a few people from midland and I think I saw someone from baycity. I posted a thread to see if someone will come out and take a look at this for me and hook them bishes up. If I cant find somebody to come out and help me get these hoses hooked up and this thing running then im going to hook them up by looking at that side shot of your motor. Thanks for all the help I appreciate it.

Like it says these radiator tubes are confusing as hell. I cant seem to get a good pic or diagram on how to hook these damn things up. I just put this bike back together and never saw how the hoses came off because they were in a box along with some other parts. If there is anybody near the saginaw,Mi area that would be willing to come out and hook these hoses up and make shure I have the engine and wire harness right I would appreciate it. Shit I will even pay for the gas money + some $ for doing it I just want this thing running by this weekend.
-
Shure I would love some pics. Dont know if it is too late for you to take them but If its not post away.I had a 4 hour class tonight and just got out a little bit ago. If you can get me some good shots sometime tonight or tomorrow or when ever you get a chance post them up. Thanks
-
Firehead.... The first link was a lil helpful but im still not positive as to where they go. If you could snap some pics for me I would appreciate it very much. It gets confusing when they start to talk about vent hoses connecting to a T link and going to the engine and so on. I do not plan on running a resivor because I dont have one and from what I read you dont really need one. I also looked all over google yesterday trying to find diagrams and pics of motors but still no luck. So when ever you get a chance could you snap some pics. Thanks

Dajogejr Now that I think about it I rember seeing the pics you posted in the image section. You picked a good color and those cases are bad ass  . Thanks for the links Firehead I will check them out and let you know if I figure it out.

Think you could post a link of your thread you started.

Hey are these pipes for bottom end, Mid range, or high end? -
Dajogejr...Can you post a close up pic of the hoses you are talking about and were they connect to the motor. I am new to this stuff and dont quite no where these hoses go. There is one probly .25" that comes off the clutch cover. I have a long ass tube that runs from the radiator at the top by the cap that runs to the back of my bike with a screw in the end. I also have a tube that comes off the back end of my motor that is about .25". I also have another tube about .25" that has a 3 way in it with tubes coming off the right and left ends but there is room for one in the middle, I asume that I have to connect one to the middle link because it is left open. The hose with the 3 way in it is going thru a loop by the back brake fluid resivor cap but it is not connected to anything. If you or someone can take some close up pics of where these hoses go I would GREATLY appreciate it!!! I want to put all my fluids in this weekend and fire her up but I dont want something to phuck up because the hoses are not connected right. Sorry if this shit sounds confusing but I am confused my self as to where these tubes go and what they do.

Its good to here that someone doesnt run the overflow tank either. I just got most of my parts in this week now Im just waiting on my air filters I ordered yesterday. When I bought my roller chassis there wasnt a overflow tank on it and I was like damn I have to order another part. My question to you Dajogejr is how much coolant do you usually put in without putting in to much and making a mess?
