sorry guys been away for a bit... yes as leatherface says the standard head has beed machined to suit..i was just think while im doin the whole up grade thing why not up grade the head as well..but just not to informed on the whole thing..as as usual no one over here..australia..now anything about that stuff..banshee related..i would need about 68-69 mm..is it jast a matter of having an enginner sort it out for me..wouldin it alter my compression..

im building chambers for my banshee motor powered 125 motorcycle..and the post timing on the barrels is a significant factor..barrels to be used will be cub and vito sleaved barrel..

anyone know the port timming on a cub kit or vito sleave thanks..

can u get a cool head set up to run bigger then 68mm bore..my barrels have potential for 72mm thanks..

wow $1200 bucks for an rz engine.....its soo funny cuz down here australia..banshee stuff is soo expensive..and rz stuff a dime a dozen...lol i must have owned 10 rz350s at one stage complete running bikes average price was about $4-500 bucks..$1200 will get u a pretty sweet one...and also our dollar is not as strong as yours so minus about $70 ... but at the end of the day an aussie rz350 ..which was totally unrestricted puts out mid 50s hpr stock u can tune them up reliably to about 65 to 70.. for the most part i think they are very old compared to the banshee tech that is available now..but if any one wants any bits..barrels harness cdi let me know...

any one tried out board 2 stroke oil..whats the difference ..as here its about a 3rd of the price for fully synthetic..im just curious if thats a oil thing or an economic thing..ie lots more out board bouts then 2 stroke bikes..id be really interested to knoow the difference..

yes well ive heard nothin from this guy ..and im in australia..and have lil control over the situation...but as far as im aware that paypal does have access to your bank account in order to with draw fees i have made a paypal claim...as it has ben almost 2 months since i sent the cash...and owes me about $300us ...it has pissed me off because now im really hesitant to trust anyone else which is a shame because we have practically no aftermarket parts here //and the ones we do are at at absolutly rediculas prices..

hey guys...ive delt with this member " dwrracing" well should i say he has delt with me..i sent him $300 for some carbs and stuff i havnt received anything and no longer answers my posts....only given the runaround ..as to why the stuff has not been sent i have noticed also others have had trouble..my trouble is that im all the way in australia..and can do little about it...id just like my money back...if anyone could help would be much apreciated..thanks...ps i have delt with others on this forum and have had nothing but good things..why does one person have to spoil it...

ok i need to get familar with some terms..some may sound obvious but i need to make sure..as im taking measurements to build chambers barrel flange diameter? exhaust port effective diameter? and where is the exhaust port opening angle? thanks..

hey guys i have a rz/banshee engine with a vito big bore kit on it but its in a motorcycle not a quad..im after some chambers and was told the best chamber for my set up is the cpi so what i would like to do is get some dimentions and build them my self..can any one help me...its not that hard all you do is measure the diameter and length of each section as it changes thanks very much

i saw one of those inline temp gauge that runs of your rad hose..how good are they...are they acurate?

im not sure if you guys are aware ..but u can still buy brand new rz barrels from yamaha japan..my mate bought a pair for about $600au so that would be less in us dollars....
