hey guys i just put an engine together, new crank..ive put the rest of the engine together and when u pull the clutch in it does not dis-engage the gear..i have gone over the clutch adjustment side of things and all is as it should be. this is when the engine is not running and running...im thinkin is there something i put in incorrectly gear box wize...it does change gear as it should tho..any insight would be great thanks..

hey guys i got some cheap second hand crank cases and clusters, they r actually rz350 but from what i know are identical, good for building up that new big engine on the side while still running your current one, only $100au plus postage just $70au with out the clusters..i have a few sets so im open to offers..thanks

peek power is designed for around 9500-10000 rpm...

hey mate.im pretty sure u could with little probs..quite a comon mod for road 2 strokes is to up grade the rd350lc bike (non powervalve)with a latter modle rz350 engine..mounting points are the same its a bolt in job..but the harnesses are a bit different but u just ingnore the powervalve plugs and color match any other wires/plugs that dont fit..the real question is ..can u use a rz coil with a banshee cdi?? i would say u will have to run a rz cdi..that what u have to do with the rd350lc mod

hey dude .. im in australia.. im happy to do a straight swap..but as i said b4 the rz barrels are missing the power valves and im not sure what bore they r one but there was plenty left..i can check tomorrow..i can throw in a servo motor and pv controller box as well if ya like..

hey mate.. i got all electrics needed..the only barrels i have left have no power valves..but u can still buy them new from yamaha..or i could easily sorce u some..not sure of the bore size but i know it is not stock

im after a preferably complete top end or at the very least barrels and head..any condition considered..but would like a bolt on and go kinda thing..if interested i have lots of rz350 spares..cases gear boxes electricals and barrels and heads let me know..thanks..

well this is for a street bike..(rz350) im in australia and rz350s were pretty common..but almost all the 350 barrels left r on the final bores and power valves are always flogged out..so i was lookin at a replacement top end..and altho street riding as far from the antics of off road banshee stuff..i still want something fun..hence the reasons for owning and riding street 2 strokes for 12 yrs..im not lookin for massive power gains a good rz makes about 60hpr..so anything around or over that figure is fine..and im lookin for more of a snap in power like the rd350lc and banshee powervalve motor is more tame..thanks for your info..

any one running one of the 392cc cub set ups on a standard crank..wondering what the improvement is over stock jugs and any real world hpr figures and general characteristics thanks..on these..using standard type carb set ups..

i have a rz top end ported but will need a rebore all pv and head..no pistons i also have complete harness with pv controler box pv pully & cdi personallyi have no stator or fly wheel...but i can track one down for u..$300 us plus shipping..im in australia..shipping would come into the $50-60 mark judging on other stuff i have bought and sold..from the states..

hey just wondering ..im building another engine..again this will be for a road going rz based engine /bike..i was thinkin of a simple stock stroke and the first size opton of the cubs which i think is a 66mm bore?? im not lookin for huge power in this bike but a good all round honest performance fun 2 stroke ride..how would it compare to say a stock rz350 pv engine..which is basically all i have to compare it too..rz stuff 350 is getting harder to find only 250 stuff left..lol by the time u find one rebore and replace pv seals and the like..the price is comparable to a cub 66mm any one riding one got feed back thanks...

hey i just bought a magura hydraulic clutch set up for banshee ..it was secondhand and quite cheep..but i need to replace the slave cylinder seals..i cant find a magura dealer does anyone have a dealer web page or email ..or anytging..thanks..or possibly another bike which uses this slave cylinder as stock..and i get the kit that way thanks..

yeah thanks.id just never seen any set up like that b4 on "any" 2 stroke twin over here we have lots of different 2 stroke road bikes and ive never seen anything like it fitted to one of them for any application..i tried a 2into1 carb b4..and found it far less powerfull the a twin set up...

i got a mate here in australia who has recently set up to be a distributor for trinity stuff..how ever the first "kit" they sent him was less then perfect to say the least..the kit was to include everything needed to bolt on ..crank pistons head manifolds reeds , carbs and head... well first off there were no carbs..and the guy at trinity argued as well as callin my mate at 3 in the morning..not realizing the time difference..my mate showed him the original invoice..which in cluded carbs ..then the guy aggreed how ever it gets worse..one of the barrels had a big score in the nickacle just below the exhaust port..they told him not to worry about it and to run it..my mate refused..and said that it was no acceptable...and they finally agreed to replace it ..but only after my mate offered to pay for the shipping on the return post...anyone else had these probs ..i had read b4 they they can be a pain to deal with..and told him b4 he did..it makes it thet lil bit harder when ur on the other side oif the world..!
