  1. Still have the crank? How much to ship to 30291
  2. you got a crank?
  3. I love it!!...kill it, rebuild, then kill it again....maybe u can use the mud in there to nikasil the cylinders,,,that way u never need a bore again but seriously..u might wanna consider an airbox cause them mudholes are pretty dam tempting...5 bucks says he goes back in the exact same mudhole again lol
  4. Dam somebody really bought 2 of them sum bitches? lol
  5. Don't do the spacer plate. Get it ported for the 4 mil..Get cut domes from a reputable builder. Get a LONGROD crank. As for the longrod being more reliable...well its simple mathmatics to me. Believe it when people tell you to NEVER let a "good motorcycle mechanic" touch your banshee. I've seen alot of "good mechanics" as well as very very "highly recommended" machine shops have no clue about two strokes in general let alone a twin cylinder one. All mechanics and machine shops are not created equally.
  6. Spark plug caps? coil?...Spitting fuel its either stupid rich or its not firing. But check compression first. Gas mixed with enough oxygen and a small spark and an explosion must occur so this shouldn't be to hard to fix
  7. pm sent on crank
  8. also have dyno port 2into1 pipe and silencer In pretty decent shape, could probally use a wire brush to stinger tube $250 shipped No dents
  9. lol i was told they were cpi when i bought them...how can i tell ??
  10. +8 chrome round swingarm without carrier $350 shipped cpi oof same side sf pipes, i don't know how to tell if they are bb or sb if someone could tell me how to check i'll do it. Have tiny minor rust spots on inside facing bike, barely visible, tapped for fuel pump, silenced $400 shipped 20.5x10x10 american racers 23 compound on wicked rims all brand new never ran $400 shipped Im in the Atlanta, Ga area...send payment as gift or add paypal fee
  11. Pm sent on silencers
  12. Never dynoed it. It was on race gas.
  13. Got this engine on a trade...need cash for my 535 rebuild. Parts are not in the greatest shape so i will negotiate. Trex pv cylinders with intakes and vforce reeds 72mm, includes head pistons and domes. Not sure what cc the domes are, i can't see any markings on them. Cylinder studs need heilicoiled. Some already helicoiled but not very well if you ask me. Bike was running when i got it but not like a 10 mil. Cylinders have hash marks still but one of them have a small scratch on the wall. May want to bore them. Pistons are flat top. The crank needs some work as the flywheel side is pitted pretty bad and one of the welds have a small crack, maybe some seperation going on,bearings all seem good and no up down play in rods. I would send it to kevin Herr if i could use it for my 535 but i can't because it is a 120 rod 10 mil. I don't know what brand it is but it has P.C. on the web. The head looks ok. Look like they have seen better days cosmeticly. Domes are in decent shape. Cases are trenched and bored for the crank and cylinders but have been epoxied where it looks like the trenching didn't go too good. Cylinders, pistons, head, and domes asking $350 shipped Crank: asking $250 shipped Cases: Hell make offer
  14. You can get an aftermarket basket and it should come with fasteners. From my understanding you have to grind the fastners off the oem basket and use the fasteners that came with the after market to attach it to the new basket.
  15. Could also be the key itself. Maybe u could try another key
  16. Will the key slide in the slot and seat with out the gear on it? Could be the gear. I had this problem on a stock crank before and it turned out to be the gear itself had some trauma to it
  17. I didn't even think about case volume Awe well...i'll just pack jb weld in it till it looks about right then. lol I think i'll call it a reverse trench and sell it on ebay Maybe some clay that way i can put the cases together spin the crank and mold it ...Thanks for the help man...Gonna see if i can get in touch with Brad today
  18. You know anyway to tell if my oof cpi's with silencers is BB or SB? Also the cases i was intending on using have been trenched for the 120 rod, bored for t-rex cylinders which my cheetahs will not work on, can i uses the cases to go back to a stock motor? In other words can i stick a stock crank in and some stock cylinders on it to sell so i can offset the cost of the 535 rebuild?
  19. Glad you chimed in because that was exactly what i thought i could do. What kinda pipes these cheetahs like or should i just see what Tyson recommends for his port work? i got some oof cpi with silencers but i can't tell if they're bb or sb.
  20. Since its drag poted by Brad i think i'll give him a holler. I imagine he's a pretty busy guy. I have the cheetah head that came with it and the pistons just no 115 rod. it was a absolute beast on race gas and shearers thats why i think the smuck that dynoed it did something wrong. By dialing in the dome i suspect you mean the angle? 125ish ay? Well im going for it . Maybe trade the 120 rod for a 115. I really appreciate the info man
  21. Awe man that is discouraging. So whats the average hp a 10 mil cheetah is making on alky? Can't cut losses because i have almost everything to make it run except for a 115 rod 10 mil crank. So how expensive are the pistons and which ones would i need?
