mine would do that too when I had the stock carbs, I think a little bit of water is getting in your carbs and causing the slides to stick.

I have searched and searched and ended up giving myself a headache trying to find out what to run, I weigh 170lbs, have a kevin Herr dune ported stock juggs, 33 PWK's and pods, Noss head with 18 cc domes, vf3 reeds, timing advanced +4, +4 swingarm, T-5's. I do a little duning but mostly some friendly flat ground drag racing on sand with buddies, I can get a good deal on some used but fairly new 21-12-8 10 paddle bead to bead haulers. Is that too much tire for my set up? I can also pick up some 21-12-8 8 paddle haulers, which of the 2 would be better for me and if neither would be good and I bought new, what would be the best size for my setup? thanks a lot guys!!!

It's been a while since I put my Noss head on but I'm pretty sure it goes domes first, then the base plate then the small o-rings, then the top plate, washers and nuts

that works for me, thanks a lot guys!!

will someone who has pwk's and stock petcock post some pics of how you run your fuel lines, where or how far from the petcock do you split the fuel lines with the tee? thanks in advance guys!!!!

do you need the stock length studs or the longer pro design studs, I have a set of the pro design studs that I can send you if thats what you need.

if you arent getting any spark, I would take the stator cover off and see if the flywheel nut came loose, mine kept coming loose so I finally used blue lock tight on it.

I thought I read on my piston kit that you want the gap to be either on top or the bottom so that inertia will hold it tight into the clip groove. I'll look for a link that had some helpful tips that I used when I did my top end for the first time. OK here you go, scroll to the bottom of this page ........... http://www.smellofdeath.com/lloydy/piston_diag_guide.htm

your mains and pilots seem big to me, I have a dune ported shee with 20cc domes v force 3 reeds and T-5's, 33 pwk's at 1000 ft above sea level and I run 158 mains and 48 pilots, and air screw 2 turns out, I think I have the CEL needle or it might be the CEJ, but they are on the middle clip. I'm not totally dialed in yet but its close. Hope that helps some.

Hey Keil, I've never done any business with you or have ever talked to you but have seen a lot of your posts on here and whithout ever talking to you I know that you are one hell of a guy. I recently went through the same thing, was the hardest thing I've had to go through. I was lucky to have such a great family and some awesome friends who were always there for me which made things bearable, my advise to you is to lean on them for support, they are there for you. Things will get better, give it some time and your days will start to come a little easier. Remember to eat, force yourself if you have to, I weighed 175lbs and didnt realize that I wasnt eating until my sister forced me to get on a scale where I weighed in at 155 lbs. Keep your head up and keep on keeping on like you said, take care and God bless!!!

Cro cop has been so much of a dissapointment that the UFC has released him from his contract, I would never have thought they would release him. when they signed him I thought he would totally dominate the ufc hw div. I couldnt have been more wrong lol. I have to disagree with you guys on the ground fighting, I'd rather see a fight like the diego sanches and nick diaz fight, there was little stand up most of it was on the ground, the best fight i can remember watching. I grew up free style wrestling so I can appriciate whats going on when they are on the ground, that fight had so many conters, the trasitions were incredible. I'm sure I'm in the minority when it comes to prefering a grappling match to a slug fest but oh well, different strokes right.

I have some stock carbs with tors removed and cable, right now in carbs there are 310 mains,25 pilots, and the toomey needles, I also have a kn filter with the pro design adapter to fit in the stock air box. make me an offer.

even the best ground guys get submitted from time to time. look at gsp vs. hughes. hughes is no dumbass on the ground, but still got his ass worked, so it can happen to anyone at any time. kimbo def could be submitted. however, i dont think anyone in elitexc can do it. and i also dont think anyone in elitexc can knock him out. there just isnt enough talent in that organization for that to happen. i think kimbo will probably work his way to the top of the chain in elitexc and end up moving to a bigger organization, maybe even ufc. who knows. i just dont think kimbo will be tested that much where hes at now. put him in the ring with some good experienced ground guys and yea, he will be tested and probably lose. but, him losing will not turn him into a can by any means. hes still good and can still win, but like everyone else he needs a loss to keep him grounded. itll happen, but unlike a lot of other guys i think kimbo will spring back with a vengeance and i wouldnt wanna be the guy across from him!! I totally agree, in elitexc Kimbo is a monster, but if he were to step up to the big leagues and fight some top tier guys, I just dont see him having much success.

loco, you are right, not everyone gets to train with someone like Bas, that will make kimbo's game so much better than your average fighter starting out, so yeah he does have that going for him. Kimbo is in his early to mid 30's and barely taking up his jitsu, I just cant see him hanging in with someone on the ground who grew up traing jiu-jitsu and has been doing it for 10 to 15 maybe even 20 plus years, I just dont see it happening. Kimbo reminds me of Houston Alexander, has freakishly heavy hands with little to no ground game, he quickly knocked out Jardine in less than one minute then knocked out Sakara in barely over 1 mintute. His next fight he was taken down and submitted by ground and pound by Thiago Silva in the first round. Silva is a pretty good fighter, not in the top 5 or 10 in his division but still pretty good as are Jardine and Sakara, Silva just has a much better ground game than they do and a ton better then Alexander. I see the same thing happening for Kimbo, as soon as he fights someone not in their mid 40's with a decent ground game he's going to get exposed as being too one dimensional and be submitted rather quickly. Just my opinion.

Took my bansheee to Herr Jugs Racing

i sent my cylinders in to get a dune port from kevin, got a noss head with 20cc domes and some pod filters, he's just waiting on the outerwears, hopefull I'll have everything back by this weekend, cant wait to see the difference. -
I agree with you MJ, a fighter with a decent ground game will submit kimbo. Sean Gannon actually fought for the UFC after the video of him and kimbo came out, Joe Rogan said he watched the gannon kimbo fight on you tube and was talking gannon up like he was the next champ, he talked about how he beat kimbo and how much of an easier time he would have had if the "street fight" was allowed to go to the ground and after all the props Rogan was giving gannon, he got his ass beat by a can and that was the end of gannon in the UFC.
-
I think anyone with a decent ground game would be able to submit him. One freak show fight that would be entertaining would be kimbo and Bob Sapp, I think that would funny as hell.

I have a set with TORS removed, make me an offer

if I remember right, you can leave the break line attached to the caliper and slide the whole caliper and break line through the a-arm, I'm sure of it now that I think about it.
-
cool, thanks for the heads up man, I hate buying anything from the dealership, that site will come in handy. I should have my cylinders back on thurs, maybe friday, will have the shee put back together saturday for the break in process. I'm anxious to see how much more power it has after the pipe change, the porting, noss head, and the 33 pwk carbs I got from you, also looking forward to see how it handles with the rebuilt and revalved rear shock, the +2+1 a arms and elka dune shocks
