  1. I have a set of sidewinder ti-moly sprockets 15t 41t with an x-ring chain for sale. I'm 220 and they works great for me.
  2. Your are correct, you don't have to bake first. If you don't when you sandblast you push the oil into the metal, then after coating it will break down then push through, only to ruin the nice work done.
  3. I heard about this process. The results are GREAT!! if you can control the temp. :yelrotflmao:
  4. The best way to do this would be, place them in the oven for about 20 minutes, this burns off all the oils and helps to break down the paint. Take Duct tape and tape off all the openings, so nothing can get inside the open ports, and sand blast them. This will give the best surface to hold the powder coating. Also when you remove them from the oven and sand blast them make sure you wear gloves or your hands are super clean.. If you don't you will deposit oils back onto the metal.

    Need a good frame

I'm from CT, and the sub frame was bent from wheelies, but I have set brand new plastics on it and they sit fine. The frame is raw no paint, or powder on it. I was going to have it powder coated what ever color the person buys it would like.

  13. There are many factors in this, and not just one simple answer. For the most part though its the frame length, width, and heights, IE pegs to the seat, and the seat to the bars. Then there is motor placement. As stated above where the a-arms meet the frame, also the angle of how the spindles are roated. The swing arm into the frame have alot ot do with the front and back power placement. The banshee is a long heavy machine, when you put it up to the 250r, but then you have the power to weight ratio of the twin vs. a single. Other factors to concider are how you have your set-up most track quad are built for jsut that, top notch suspension, anti-vibe just about everything, and the weights of every part is kept low. To reduce fatigue and arm pump, probably a +1 stem with anti-vibe, or maybe the fast flexx bars. Wider a-arms and a good set of say zero pre-load shocks, +1 up on the foot pegs. You might also want to think anout a 2-1 carb set-up less to push with your thumb or a twist throttle.
  14. Above is all I have left. Sorry.

    Good frame

I want 350 for it not coated(sandblasted), and 400 single color, or 500 for a double color. without shipping I set plastics down on it and they fit like stock, so the bend is not really bad. I will try to get shipping quote later on tonight when I get to a better computer.

  24. I have a set of rims and tires for sale.
  25. If you go to the hardware store they have thread gauges, and you can stick a bolt though the hole to get the other size. Order then from a machine company they will be about 15-20 dollars each.
