  1. Yeah, the nuts still on the screw. Any reason these things break, something I should check for, do they just get weak over time? Thanks for the info.
  2. I removed my clutch cover and the lock washer was sitting at the bottom of the case and the adjustment screw was hanging there. I'm going to pull the clutch later tonight and my Clymers is at my friends house. My question is, does that screw bolt into the motor and it broke off in there? I can't really tell with the shift shaft in place and any diagrams I looked at don't show if it does. Thanks in advance.
  3. Just went outside and wiggled the shifter up and down. There's a ton of free play when I move it up and down. Does this sound like it could be that spring? Thanks.
  4. Last night we went riding. I tried crossing some railroad tracks and got jammed up on them. After I pulled my bike off, I noticed I had a hard time finding neutral and then finding other gears. I have RZ forks, drums and a modded shift star. My guess is maybe I broke the shift star? Just looking to narrow down where to start my search. Any opinions as to what this problem may be?
  5. $85 shipped.
  6. Out of a 1999 but will fit other years. Check for your year. About 7 or 8 months old. Cleaned and oiled reguarly. Will give it fresh oil before shipped. Also included AVS rear light covers. These are older but if you want them, I'll throw them in. The filter retails for about $60. Sell for $35 shipped. Please send a PM if interested. Thanks for looking.
  7. Base piece off a 2003. The lenses, bulbs and front grate pieces were bought new. I took the plastic grate off the front piece, because I feel it protects nothing and looks better. I took my time doing it and it looks nice. The covers are soft and do not offer any protection but black the lights out nicely. These were on my bike for a short time and never hit by any rocks. $90 shipped. Thanks for looking.

    FMF silencers

Just bent the shit out of one of my older style fattie silencers. They were mint and I like the older style look but I'll consider the newer style also, as long as they're in GOOD condition and fit the older style(round) head pipes. If you have anything, please, pm me.
  10. Sold, thanks.
  11. $25 shipped.

  14. You can check out the site at procomengineering.com they list for $129 this one is barely used. Bump.
  15. Not excactly sure what your talking about. The bike this is off started first kick everytime. Perhaps you experienced a problem with one that you had? If so, maybe you should take up the issue with the company and not in other peoples for sale thread. Thanks.
  16. Improves top end. $65 shipped.
  17. Sorry about the huge ass pictures! Don't have time to try and figure out how to down size them. I ran them off the stock stator and that's more than enough for them. You can use a battery to run them. 50 watts and replacement bulbs can be bought at your local hardware store. Also, if mounting them in the stock location, you need the rubber inserts off your stock lights, which are not included.
  18. Modded them to bolt directly on stock location or take them off and mount elsewhere. $30 shipped. Pay Pal or money order. Thanks for looking.
  19. How the hell do you delete a post now?
  20. My friend needed to get new cases for his bike. It ran fine before it was rebuilt. Now that it is back together, it starts up right away and sounds good. After about 30 seconds it starts stuttering and backfiring. From what the guy that put it together says, as best as I understand, it has spark but after it warms up, he uses an OHMS tester and no spark. It changes from cylinder to cylinder? I'm thinking a ground or something to do with the wiring. The TORS is removed and no airbox, just pods. He tried all different parts from another bike, from flywheel to cdi box. They tried spraying the reed cages and no leaks there. Maybe the head or cylinders not torqued correctly? I'm trying to help him out and figured you guys would have a good starting point for him. He'll be joining HQ soon, so he can elaborate a little more in this post after he registers, but sounds like a fairly easy fix. Any suggestions for him are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance for your replies.
  21. Yeah, temp. drops way down at night. Shouldn't have any problem sleeping at night in a trailer.
