It could be them reeds. I just put the same setup on mine yesterday and run stock reeds and had no problem at all.

Mine is a 97 and has no brake light switch so i have no brake light just a tail light. So does that one have a brake light and switch? I would like to find the set up so i could have a brake light. BTW, Lethaface is a great seller and a man of his WORD...bought from him before.

did you inspect your water pump impeller? If it still has the stock plastic one, they do have a problem with them failing.

Its a 35...and could the Tors have something to do with it? cause if i move the thumb throttle off the sensor in thumb throttle box it will idle. NM, i got it fixed...it was the tors was still hooked under the tank.

I cant get it to idle...and it smokes a lot more then it did with 2 carbs.

any ideas?

I just got a used trinity 35mm today and took out the main and it seemed a little small. Does a main jet of #158 sound small? and what size pilot would you think that would be with that? I cant get the pilot jet out and thats why i ask. The notch in the top of jet you use to unscrew it one side is broke off and i cant get a bite on it to take it out.

Cotton eyed joe, My first impression from your post is your a homo...I just turned 32 have a wonderful family and life. Im glad im 32, 21 was fun...but now i have tons of cool stuff and im getting fond of the gray hair and the woman look at me as distinguished...lol... My wife is great, she rides and so does all my kids and we have a blast doing it. So enjoy your age cause you can never go back to it.
