its a clamp on filter from UNI

I am looking for a outerwear for my UNI filter that i use on my single carb. I will also consider a filter with an outerwear PM please

What i did is cut all the fins, keep the bottom part with the hole in it but cut it from the whole cover. I will see how it works, i kept the bottom part just i case i land hard with my foot on the shifter. It think its pretty much like what you said.

I know but i was more concerned about the shaft support, does the aftermarket cover provide support or just a hole in the cover?

Ok, i am going to play with gearing a bit and i was thinkng about cutting my side cover to make things simplier. I was woundering if there is any problems if i cut all around it and cut the bottom part where the shifter shaft go trought the cover. Is it going to put more leverage on the shaft or not? Because when i look at it it seems that the hole in the cover doesnt event touch the shaft it doesnt look like it is supported at all. Let me know if you see any problems or if you have done it like that thanks

They look pretty stout but i am not to sure about putting on unknow a arm on my banshee. Also a dont think they are homemade, they look pretty well made with all the bents and angles.

Did anybody has ever bought from this seller on eBay?? I bought an impeller an a case saver from them at the begining of january and i havent receive anything yet, no email answers, no nothing So let me know if you ever deal with them and how it turns out. So far i would not recommand to anybody to do business with them even if its a powerseller!

I did mine last mounth. I run light on hi beam, and a kill switch thats it. Look in the FAQ section there is a good documents on electrical. Good luck

Ok thanks, about the airbox, i have two options the adaptor plate and a foam filter. So i will try it with the filter only but i think it is pretty small, about four inches long. I know it come with the kit, maybe i just find it weird because i am used to my big K&N filter. Do you ever tried that filter on your 2 in 1?

Ya i know its a blaster cable but in those damn suppliers book they dont have all the info and my dealership is not the best ever so thats why i try to do half the job. Anyways i gonna go bother them again monday. Thank anyways man.

Ok i received my intake, look pretty clean for a used one, but I need a thumb throtle cable, Bansheeseat$$ know that but he dont ship to Canada :beer: Anyways, before i will order the cable and some stuff at the dealer i would like know what you guys think of how the carb is set so i will get some jet at the same time if i need some. I am at sea level, around 15F right now. Carb came with a 190 main, 52 pilot and DEK needle on the 3rd clip. Its pretty close to what you have first suggest, what you recommend to get as spare jet for now and summer? thanks a lot guys

Good day, does anybody have the part number for a Motion Pro throtle cable that goes on a stock thumb throtle and a 35mm PWK Keihin single carb? I have the one from Terry cable, thanks carter71, but cant get them of the dealer here. So i really need the motion pro and they dont have all the info in their books. thanks
