  1. Ok so now I rejetted, put in 48 pilots and its still fat. It did start easier and took longer for the motor to start acting up. I'm pretty much at a pause right now because I dont have any smaller pilots. My guess is that I will end up with a 42, but im going to try the 45's first. Someone chime in, I want yalls opinions. Could something else be causing this?
  2. So I got the shrears on, and my pilot is way too rich. So rich that I fould 2 sets of plugs in about and hour. I havnt done a plug chop yet because it just sputters on the bottom end. I put fresh plugs in runs ok for about five minutes then the left side will start cutting out, motor will bog etc etc.... What do I do first? I suck when it comes to jetting.

  5. Have a FAST clutch kit for sale brand spankin new. Comes with 3 HD springs. $85 shipped I would also trade the clutch plus a little bit of my money for a NOSS coolhead or some like new VF3's.

  7. I agree with everything everyone has already said. The swinger is a good idea, but its kinda simple. The bossman would be more impressed with something that has alot more thought put into it. Good luck with the new job!
  8. theshee cut me a sweet deal on his shrears, so I will be switching from pro circuits to shrears. My jetting seems pretty fat on the bottom end right now. I have 158 mains, 50 pilots, CEL needel 2nd clip from the top. Dune play port from FAST + 6 timing K&N pods PWK 33's elevation is 3000-3200 ft temp right now is low to high 80's. If you need to know anything else just let me know. Forgot to mention that I still have the pro circuits on right now, I wont have the shrears until saturday. I just really dont know what to expect with the jetting for the shrears.

  10. Have a FAST clutch kit that I bought for a buddy. My buddy had to have an MRI done and now has to pay doctor bills. I will trade it for billet parts, preferably a NOSS cool head + some cash, or a + 4 stock carrier swinger + cash. Open to other trades also, let me know what you've got.

  14. Have a set of pro circuits that I wont be needing anymore. Lost both bolts for the silencers while riding. Have a little surface rust and some melted pants on them. Left side silencer is bent a little, and the right pipe has a ding not noticable when the pies are on. Pipes arent the best cosmetically but still function fine. $200 shipped where the silencer is bent (left side) from behind in the sun right side pipe dent
  15. Ironically I sold my stock crossover tube to theshee earlier this week. Took the motor out tonight and noticed the POS boost bottle is about to have a hole rubbed in it. I'm also looking for either some inframe shearers or CPI let me know what you got.

  19. If your still going to use the air box I have a set of intakes from the carb to airbox. They are UPP black rubber hardley used at all. Shoot me a PM if your intrested.

  22. I agree with okbeast you either need to be at stock gearing or 1 tooth up in the front. I have relatively close to the same mods as you, my motor is ported though and had the same problem a yfz was keepin up but I would pull him on the top end. I also have + 6 timing. Just play with it man its all about trial and error. IMO its better to sacrifice some on the bottom end to gain on the top, if the race is long enough to pull him.
