Trueing and welding the crank is not something you have to do. Although it is very cheap insurance. Having someone weld your crank keeps the crank from seperating as was previously said. The more mods you do to the motor the more I would reccomend having it done.

I agree you can get replacements. But I'm on your side, that sucks you got ripped like that. You should have been informed before you paid for them. I say contact the seller let them know you are not happy about the product see if yall cant work something out. Good luck

like bansh-eman said ebay or you local hobbie store should have everything you need. I have even seen some cheap ass ones at wal-mart before. They wold be over by the model cars that you put together, somewhere in that area.

These people will go above an beyond to get you what you want and do the job right. They have painted anything from lowrider bikes to baseball helmets, custom subwoofer boxes to alternators. You name it they can do it.

I would say its possible that it is fried, I wonder what would have caused it though? Did you happen to measure the fibers with a caliper when you had it apart? I dont have my clymers handy but it lists the specs in there if you have one. I would say just measure the fibers. How is they cable?

I'm also intrested in a set of cyl's. How much? what bore? ported?

Jetting there isint hard at all, pretty easy elevation is around 1500 give or take a few.... Wish I could go Kiel, if I had the money I would go just to meet you, LS is exactly 222.4 miles from my house to south camp. Dont forget to take some pics maybe some vid if you do some riding.
