I got my i4500 front suspension kit today from a powersports store on ebay. The shipping was great and when I got the product it was packaged very professionally. They also sent me complete stainless steel brake lines rather than just the extenders!

Overall so far I have been very pleased with the kit. I got most of the stock stuff off the bike and started installing the kit tonight. The DVD is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY off as far as how simple installation is. I spent about 4 hours on it today and just got one side back together. For some reason the bolt the holds on the stock top left a-arm WILL NOT BUDGE (I am by no means weak, this thing will not move). Ive tried hitting it with a hammer, pulling on it with vice grips, also tried penetrating oil, tightening a c-clamp on it, nothing worked. My cousin is bringing over a heat gun and torch tomorrow to see if we can knock it loose with that. Anyone have any suggestions? I might end up just cutting the damn thing off with a hacksaw and ordering a new bolt.
It astounds me as to how shitty these stock welds are, im gunna have to learn to weld and hit them myself. (I never looked that close at them until now.)
