When you adjust the lever on the top of the case make it point more to the stator side of the bike. I had the creeping problem and this fixed it.

Are the nuts coming loose or the studs? I wouldn't recommend loctite at all on these as they're a big enough PITA to get out as it is.

Yeah, someone had put just a hex head bolt in place I believe, which I can't imagine how many things that screwed up and made it impossible to shift.
