I love my Lectrons for tuning (never have to mess with them really), but hate them when purging. I can never get the bike to purge good I feel like. Seems like it just starts bogging really bad (I know it's supposed to some) and then I can't get it enough throttle to stay running. I see other people purging by driving their bike around...no way in hell I'd ever be able to do that.

Gotta work, hoping to at least make a few races this year.

Not neon orange, but it is orange. I was happy with how it ran, finally aren't sucking the bowls dry with the correct seats/needle.

I wrecked with a helmet on and remember the back of my head hitting the ground. It was in the sand so I'm sure that helped a bit.

The better question is how do guys not wear helmets racing. I'd say 50% out there don't...blows my mind.

Run a T in the line with a hose coming off the T and a shut-off valve on that line for purging. No restriction on flow.

Agree on the not many bikes racing. I had fun with the little bit I did, bike was hooking hard and the track was getting pretty rough at the end.

Turns out it was the Klotz Benoil that we mixed with the alky...should be good to go to run it! I'm gonna use the R-50 for weed-eater and mower probably, shit smells awesome

Hm, we did a test with it and it seemed like it mixed great with methanol. My buddy hates Klotz so he gave me 4 gallons of it mixed with R50...but after this I probably won't run it. Does it just gum up on you?

I dealt with them and ended up receiving the wrong parts (partly my fault). Called Dennis and had the correct stuff in 2 days.

I think I pay $3/gal for methanol and $6.75/gallon for 110. I don't care if it's high, as little as I ride a year it doesn't make much difference.
