  5. Ok I got A newer style key switch(square plug)and my shee has A 89 harness, so I need to hard wire it. Now I know that I need to complete the circuit in order for it to run. There is four wires coming of the switch, the blk and the blk/wht wires show continuity and same with the red and brown.My question is does it matter what two wires I use to complete the circuit? If I use only two wires do I just tape off the other two separately? Thanks for any info, Bill

  11. There is A o-ring that goes in A grove on the inside of the pipe where it meets the cylinder, maybe that side needs A new one.

  13. I got the same year truck as you, what kind of HP do you get out of that supercharger. I heard you haft to get A better transmission to run one of those, is that true? Nice truck.

Well if you cant adjust it with the cable the you got to adjust it on the clutch itself.Theres A screw in the center of the clutch assembly with A jam nut on it,loosen the jam nut and screw it in some.That screw is what the push rod pushes on so screwing it in will help the clutch open all the way.

  16. Is the left side even firing at all, is it getting spark?As for the idle screw sometimes you got to file A good 1/8in to get the screw to do its job.

  18. Pull the cylinders off and look at the condition of the pistons and cylinder walls. If they look fine then grab the crank rods and turn them over, the crank should spin freely. Good luck.
  19. Clean the carbs, probly a plugged pilot. Is the choke tube connected?

  21. I heard that once you start raising the compression it puts alot of stress on the crank. All the motor mounts tight?
  22. I had that happen with A g-force axel, they shipped it to my neighbor. But it was all good because I know him. Did you put insurance on the package?
  23. Deciding whether or not you haft to run race fuel depends on compression,and timing.+4 is A good spot to set the timing plate and picking your dome size depends on your elevation.I think 160psi is the highest you can go on premium gas.
  24. Do you run A resistor or A non resistor plug with A nology coil?
