go to albaaction.com they have a good nos kit, if its done right and you don't try to get a big shot of nos you should be good, ye it wears things out faster, just don't use it unless you have too! Good luck with the nos.

Tell your buddy to take his baffle out of the muffler and move the main jet up 2 sizes and he'll probably beat up. My wife has a 2006 yfz450 and she beats banshees that are piped and have reeds. Don't get me wrong I love 2 smokes I have 2 myself, but if you just got pipes and reeds the 450's are faster.

My buddy and I just put together the alba 400cc kit, the parts alone cost 1700 the labor is another 1200,at alba's. but if you live in san diego or near by my buddy and I'll will build for half the price of labor, you just have to buy all the parts. My wife has a 2006 yfz450 with just a pro design intake kit and no air box lid and no baffle in stock muffler and jetted correctly. We were at dumont dunes in CA and she was beating banshees, one banshee I talked to the guy he had t5's, vf3, and a fresh top end with wiesco prolites and my wife pulled him. I haven't raced her since putting in the 400cc stroker yet. When we do I'll let you know the results.

My buddy and I have alba 400 cc stroker kits, but we put them together and they rip! Nothing imperticular is alba's except they did the boring and porting. Alba is really helpful, check there web site out, just google alba 400cc stroker kit!

My buddy and I were rebuilding his banshee and we put the new 34 pwk kehlin carbs and the same thing happened one pipe was getting hotter than the other, we noticed that the fuel/air screws weren't turned out the same amount of turns. I don't know if you tried that or not, hopefully this helps you some!
