I have a Griz 700 and it needs to be remapped with a programmer.

Morris County...no trailer yet. If any1 wants to pick me up, I'm in! I could look for a trailer at Uhaul, but I rented a pickup truck to go to Pennsyltucky and it cost over $400 for the day (6 hours round trip/24 hour rental) :wallbash:

I have a DOXO gripper seat cover in black. It's not shiney (at least not now), has little raised bumps like an alligator skin and feels like it has rubber in the compound.

I do the same type of riding and I went with the Sport/Racing shock. I don't know enough about suspension systems to keep playing with it, so I saved myself the headaches by taking all that adjustability out of the mix. The Elite series looks nice though and they aren't much more. If you buy them from Elka, they will try and help with the shock setup before you receive it (good starting point). I'm satisified enough that I'm picking up their rear shock too.

I saw the Diaz fight and I agree, he did better than he has in a while. He ditched those poking, short, choppy punches he's been throwing lately, even though he's still no powerhouse. I notice that a lot of guys come storming onto the scene and then hit a wall. It's whether they rebound or splat that tells the story. I hope he starts fighting like he used to.

I totally agree that Dana White is a pimp. He has done a great job from a business stand-point, but has gone overboard from a fight fans' prospective. But you see all the fighters coming to the UFC (or returning like Rampage) because of the UFC's popularity and the payday. Pride doesn't pay well and the IFL, Pancrase, KOTC, ADCC, etc. pay even less, so the UFC has become the national stage with endorsements virtually included. It hasn't been as bad lately as I'm seeing less and less "Celebrity and Titty" cam shots between fights, which takes up time to show more fights. If I want a sensless celebrity opinion I'll tune into E!, and if I want to watch some titties I'll tune into the Playboy channel. I've purchased or attended every UFC since #4, and at #60 I told my wife I was done with them (like you), but since then the UFC as a show has gotten better. I stayed around because of the Wanderlei Silva/Fuck Lidell announcement that has disipated. I'm sure more so now because Silva was just beaten by Dan Henderson. Last nights fights were decent and the main was amazing and totally unpredicatable.

You say they are on speed. I guess I'm missing them. I'll have to check their website. :thumbsup:

That's a good description of how my Gnarlys perform. The fit and finish are great so far (low hours), but they are chrome and shiney. I heard an FMF silencer that I didn't like (Powercore 2), but I don't know if they needed repacking (also smelled like sulfer). I don't plan on changing the exhaust unless my riding areas change (only been in 6th gear 5 TIMES :: ), but if I ever had to get another exhaust I would try the PT Mids (that bend in the pipe reminds me of a crazy straw :thumbsup: ) for my own comparison; not because I don't like the Gnarlys. P.S.- I saw the hush type looking system from DMC?, so I don't know if db level's are an issue. I run the "Q" series silencer which are rated 94-96db with no complaints.

Thanks for the heads up. I have interest in almost all types of racing and I never see quads. I've seen cars, motorcycles, tractor cabs, , boats, mudders, lawnmowers, etc...hell, I've seen frog and lizard races; but no quads. I think I heard the AMA was running a quad class, and if that's true, I expect to see something on Speed or ESPN.

Patriot Racing doesn't seem to be doing much work these days if I understand their site correctly.

I wish I had a pic. I like the bumper over most. I had a problem installing mine with the skid plate already on. I had to cut off an 1/8 inch of the plate so it could mount, but it fit great and looks even better. IMS has one similar.

I can't remember what I got them for (I have the full wrap around), but they work. After seeing some Acerbis on other quads, I would try them next time instead of the PowerMadd.

I made an assumption he was getting a new shock being he bought long travel fronts. I have elka fronts and I'm going with it in the rear along with their dual linkage, and this is their claim: Elka Banshee Dual linkage (advertisement) - boosts rear wheel travel from 9.7 to 11.25 - smoother stroke - lower ride height without losing ground clearence - easier to fine tune - comes with aluminum skidplate - and other marketing garble. Who am I to argue with Elka :thumbsup:

If quad is spelled "QU4D" I will check it out. I just saw the mag for the first time last week and the issue was interesting. It covered the KFX450R, the Outlaw 525 and the Renegade 800. Really nice pictures too.

I just saw that elka has a rear linkage for the shee, and they claim it increases the travel an inch or two and lowers the rear the same amount.

Those are decent prices for a 3 machine trailer in my area (new). I like the first one. I'm in the market for a trailer which also hauls 2+ machines. I was looking at this one http://www.worthingtontrailers.com/trailer...tail.aspx?ID=14 because it loads on both sides, it's light and also reminds me of the hay trailers growing up.

I second that! I thought the same thing as I watched some of the videos. It will also go through a lot of crap! A better suspension and fughetaboutit...
