My thumb has also been sore/swollen after a couple continuous hours of riding. But, I agree with the opinions that you need to used the bars to control the bike, but the twist does give you better throttle control. So, like someone else suggested, I started to take Advil my second time out before I ride and it does help. I have a twist throttle on my Tecate 3 and it gets hairy sometimes. I'm keeping the thumb and Advil setup, but I don't race either.

If you are still interested, I have the stock pipes and silencers off an '06. They have been run once if at all. Shee came to me with Gnarlys and Q silencers from the dealer.

How about a cheetah (fastest animal) or a wolf pack (best hunters) theme. Maybe you'd lead him toward a new motor to compliment the cheetah paint work.

Mike was right about Pride being the best and mentioned a couple of great fighters, but he is a washed up scrub along with the likes of Butterbean. No organization is perfect :baseball_wassat: .

The UFC has gay rules (no soccer kicks, no knees to the head which kills the north/south position) and even worse fighters overall. Chuck "the Icequeen" doesn't have a prayer. He'd be better off to fight little Tito "the taco biter" Ortiz. Chuck has skills, put nothing compared to Silva. Vanderlei can strike and take a big punch, while still having the ground game to match anyone. The UFC has the upper hand in the lower weight classes. I hope I just figured out that my jetting is too lean (too much air), not that it's good (revs strongly from bottom up with the choke half out, too rich (smokey) with the choke all the way out and hardly any smoke and bogs when the choke is pushed in). Dynojet doesn't seem to provide a "pilot circuit" per the below link. I looked in the dyno jet manual which came with the kit and they don't mention a pilot, just a main. I turned the airscrew out .5 and it's better with the chokeoff, but not great. This is a great forum with great people trying to help out and sharing their experience(s). When I can saddle up again (about 3 weeks) and get her to the shop to find out exactly what's wrong, I'll definately update this thread for future riders with the same trouble. THANKS AGAIN! P.S.- would changing the premix ratio from 32:1 to 40:1 help any (Motorex 2T) oil?

Thanks cbn! I ride the same type of terrain you mentioned. It's not going in for two more weeks and I'm tempted to pull them apart myself, per the manual provided, while I'm sitting here recovering. I'm just afraid of the "mechanics by Al Bundy" syndrome I have...ya know, putting her back together and having "extra" parts left-over. If they weren't going to show me the process I would take it apart to inspect and bring the dealership the parts. Plus they are doing it free of charge. Thanks again for the input!

Thanks for the update and sorry to hear about your pipes! Yes, it does have the dyno jet kit. I'll look into the mikuni's. I wish I knew more about 2 strokes (I'm a car and ex-streetbike guy), so this may not make any sense...but what about running the prior setup with the 280 main on the forth clip with the air box lid on? Would that richen the mixture up some? I appreciate you sharing your experiences!!!

I have T-9's and holeshot HD's. I've not riden on the stock rims/tires, but the current setup works well so far, and they look good too.

You can just run these pics in his sig. each month. Bling on an ATV is ghetto, and no Yami should be anything other than Yellow/black or red/black. If you want to be different, get some engine mods or another manufacterer's quad. Nice collection you have!!!
