My last Dumont trip, there was this guy with two Banshee's. One on Elkas & one TCS. He was talking about how much more he preferred & liked TCS over Elka.

Example: my rear shock is shot & really needs a revalve. Because it's shot, it tends to buck me off the seat when riding thru whoops & makes it difficult to controll. It doesn't take landings off jumps really easy either. So yes, it's needed & it will make a big difference. $350 for used YFZ shocks is way too much, everything at the dealer is always way over priced. You should look for them outside the dealer. I bought my YFZ's $185 shipped. $350 can buy you some nice used aftermarket shocks. Not too long I saw some TCS on here for $300.

I don't own either shock but based on my research and feedback from those who do run TCS & Works... TCS would be the way.

A while back there were some threads going around about these ASR Arms, complaints how they would fall apart during riding.. It's bolts & nuts so it shouldn't be a problem, just add loctite to secure everthing and should be good, way better than stock. And Elkas & Works are definately better than YFZ but I got YFZ's because it's a cheap fix. Also not all A Arms will work with YFZ shocks. Get ahold of Sanddragon on here, he makes A Arms to accomodate the YFZ shocks.
