  1. If you look far enough, you see a pack of quads heading towards me [the camera man]. That was one of the largest groups we gathered to camp n' ride. One of the best birthdays ever had. We must of had about a dozen quads if not more in our camp. The sound was just sick to hear a rolling pack of quads rumbling thru the dunes!!
  2. Maybe Michigan riders can chime in and shed light on these pipes. That expansion chamber is huge!! It's a big plus to have built in spark arrestors!!
  3. When riding with my 4 stroke friends, i had to fill up twice while they filled up once. I replaced my gas tank with an IMS 4 gal & now I ride all day without worries about my tank being empty.
  4. That must be some really picky neighborhood you live in. I live in the city so at times I've taken it out to test it. No complaints like that where the whole hood comes out.... .. on our street you hear Harley's, Hot Rods, Street Bikes, Low Riders & sound systems louder than exhausts, no complaints like Florida.
  5. Here they are & hope you get em'. I asked for those for a year and couldn't find used. Finally bought new ones. They're way overpriced just for a screen with USFS on it.
  6. That's not the first time I hear bout the holes not lining up on the banshee. I saw it on here too! I also saw complaints about poor powdercoat on that bumper, how's that lookin?
  7. Do a heim joint search here http://www.mcmaster.com/ to see every type of heim joint with measurments. Can also do tie rod end search. Hope this helps.
  8. I don't run either one but last trip to Dumont this guy had two Banshee's with same mods except for the shocks. One Banshee running TCS, the other Banshee running Elkas. We talked about his performance mods etc.. The question came down to the shocks.. He chose TCS over Elkas and said TCS was way better..
  9. At times you get sand storms that are pretty bad but can get thru it. It got bad one night on our last trip. My tent was secure & my sleeping bag kept me warm. Paddles for the long steep dunes & cold be to relax are a must. Vendors also setup to sell food, so you don't always have to pack alot of food. If needed you can travel back 30 min to the main road for gas/restaurant.. Gotta try the Mad Greek, good food!! Emergency service are not immediate & if they have to fly you out then you're going to Barstow or Las Vegas. You can tell there's a razorback by the way dust fly's off the top off the dune. Check out this link I posted from my last trip. P.S. 4 Stroke wars going on this weekend. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...hl=dumont+dunes
  10. That's odd, no more chrome.. They prob trying to sell the colors to clear their stock. Alba has to stock the chrome. Most Banshee owners want that bling.. doesn't make sense. I like the black ones though!
  11. Axle, Shocks, Pegs are sold Heelguards are still available. I'm talking to someone right now about buying them along with Lights, A Arms, Tierods.
  12. Lights are all black & I'm in Pacoima but for the price of gas... prob cheaper to mail them $25 shipped.
  13. I still have my stock brake lines on my extended a arms and they're fine. They don't stretch, pinch or anything like that. They're not long enough to route nicely around the top arm with the clamps so they're just hanging around for not untill I also get my SS lines.
  14. Please see above, I gave you a price
  15. Sounds like your infected by the Banshee Fever!! Those nerfs sound cool, let's see those pix?
  16. What if the guy who stole it is reading this thread?? I hope you get your ride back.. This is going to be interesting! Good luck man
  17. Those who requested quotes.. Your PM's are returned with info. Heelguards, A Arms & Tie Rods, Lights still available. The buyers didn't come thru on the sale :verymad:
  18. LOL.. I went +2 on my Banshee & forgot when stock it would barely fit thru the side of the house. Now i do a wall ride to take it out!
