Buahaha. Stupid people.

You will get a ticket if you are seen. My sister and niece were riding on my huge Prairie 650 4x4 which has more than enough room for two people and they got ticketed. I had to drive my truck out to the vendors to pick my sister up. My advice to you is to get another atv out there.

You might be new to forums... but... Search function. It's a fantastic tool. Use it. By the way, check out the sticky in the Suspension forum for a complete "how to" on installing the yfz shocks.

Probably Chuck. In my opinion, Tito lost rounds 2 and 3 against Griffin. Also, Griffin was beating Tito in their stand up exchanges. So, I figure if Tito cannot convincingly beat Griffin, he is going to get owned by Liddell. This is basically because both Liddell's striking and wrestling are ten times better than Griffin's. Tito will try to take Liddell down, he will fail, be forced to strike, then get knocked out. Then I'll feel bad for the guy.

I have a Eaton in my '67 Chevelle with a 396, TH-400 and 3:73 gearing. It works beautifully.

Some good times for the fans of MMA. I expect to see a big announcement from Dana during this upcoming event.

Rampage has been with the WFA for awhile. Just recently the UFC just bought out the WFA, and as a result, acquired Rampage's contract. So, technically Rampage is already with the UFC.

I agree 100%. Haha.

Hey guys, I am looking to get some better shocks for my quad. I would be happy to find some Elka's around 16" long with rezi's, but TCS, Works and YFZ shocks are good too. I have +2+1 arms right now, so I think I'd benefit from having the longer shocks. Also, I was looking into getting an extended axle for my quad. Let me know if you are selling something like these...

Where is the source? I look at several MMA boards and I haven't seen any proof yet.

Damn. Okay... thanks. They didn't have resi's either... so maybe I'll just wait for the whole package to pop up.

Okay guys, help me out here. I might have the opportunity to get some long travel Elka's that were on a yfz 450. The owner says that they measure 18 1/2" long. I have Janssen +2+1 arms. Would they work? I have heard about harming the ball joints. Let me know.

Nice.

Well, I know that stock yfz 450 shocks can work on our bikes with a little modification. But how will aftermarket shocks designed for the 450 work? I am looking into getting better shocks. Used products cost a lot less... Thanks

Hey, I think you may want to consider working out a little... Here: http://www.myspace.com/jaydawg

Haha. Well, my bike isn't really a show stoppper. The plastics have bend marks on the rear from the previous owner and the bike seriously lacks bling. It gets the job done well though, and that's all I care about right now.

I just bought a six pack rack for $75 and a two gallon gas can for $10. Slap the can on with a few bungee cords and you are set for less than $100. Plus, you can always remove the gas can and even the rack pretty easily.

Take a look at Torchworks. I searched and a member here was really happy with their quality. I think I am going to pick one up. http://www.torchworks.net/ $325 and you can get their billet water pump impeller for $60 if you buy them together. Not bad.

I was out at Glamis last weekend (lots of pictures in the picture section) and my bike decided to die on me. I was out at Olds at 10:30 at night too! Anyway, I rode it out there fine. I go to leave and the bike acts like it has no spark. I tried bump starting it. Nothing. So I got a tow back to camp and waited for the morning. Replaced the plugs. Nothing. I took the plastics off and looked around. I found that my radiator was completely dry, even though I made sure it was full before I left home. Also, the engine got so hot that the head melted the vent hoses from the radiator. The bike still feels normal when I kick it, it just doesn't start. I am going to to a compression test soon and look more into the problem later. Let me know what you guys think.

That sucks man. I'll be out again in January. Maybe I'll run into you then. Will you be out there this weekend, or just the week?

Sent back my Trinity stage IV's for T6's
feedmelies replied to Rippin-it's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
T6's are good on stock bikes, so if you plan on keeping your bike pretty much stock, go that route. T5's respond better to porting, so if you ever plan on porting your bike (which will give you a nice increase in power), definitely get the T5's instead of teh T6's. -
I think you had it coming to you... You have two nice cars and a good bike, something had to go wrong just to add some balance to the world.

Damn you guys. I am leaving next Thursday night, right after I finish a huge ass exam that I have to prepare for.

There is definitely a big difference between the knobbies and paddles. But if your friends' alternative is not riding, then it is totally worth it to bring the bikes out. They will just have to keep their speed and momentum up going through the dunes. Climbing will be a chore on the bigger stuff and the bikes will obviously be working harder. But, for instance, by brother in law has a Honda 250 three wheeler without paddles and he lets his friends use that on dune rides all the time. So, in short, your friends will be fine, they just won't be able to tackle the larger stuff so well. But judging by the bikes they have to ride, that shouldn't really be an issue. They will still enjoy themselves. By the way, when is your trip?
