  10. hey guys, i am about to install janssen +2+1 mx tech a arms with works dual rate shocks and i was wandering if any of you could tell if i will actually add some travel to the front suspension or will the front suspension travel remain the same as stock? i know i will not add travel like a long travel kit would, but i was wandering if there is a slight increase or not. thanks -kyle
  11. i am currently rebuilding my banshee and i started with a brand new frame from yamaha and i had the stock swing arm powder coated. tonight i went to install the swingarm with a brand new pivot works swing arm bearing kit, i noticed that as i tightened the pivot shaft rod bolt the swing arm became very hard to rotate up and down by hand(this is with no shock or linkage connected). the clymers book said to tighten it to 70ftlbs. at 60ftlbs it became very very hard to rotate, or is it supposed to be really hard to rotate. should i sand some of the powder coat off the ends or do you guys think it will loosen up when i start to ride it again. -Kyle

  16. jim at passion is currently building me a 4mm 12port, with bigger carbs, head, custom domes, adjust timing plate, bigger bore, and the works with toomey t-5s, and he said when he was done the motor should make 75hp at the back tires on race gas. approx 90hp at the crank. hope that give you some sort of idea.
  17. my stock ball joints are F**ked and i figure i mine as well go wider now, i am not doing any huge jumps right now so could i run the stock shocks till i get the cash to purchase some new ones.

  19. hey guys, do any of yall run a +1 or +2 a arm setup with stock axle width. i am wandering because the ball joint boots on my stock a arms are tore up, and i found out the ball joints cannot be replaced on the stock a arms and i would like to get +2 a arms but i don't know if i can afford a wider axle right now. if anyone is currently running this setup could you post some pics i would like to see what it looks like, and also how does the bike ride and handle, will it handle better or worse.
