  1. Thank you. Thats what I was asking. I dont know how much it costs to get one resleeved. I seen on ebay that a sleeve was 65 bucks and the machine guy that lives around me is on vacation until Monday. I want to figure out the route to take so i can get it shipped to me. Is there a way to tell how much it was bored the first time by the numbers on the piston? Top says C00C1 middle 513M06525 The under that it has CD
  2. Is it better just to get another one or resleeve the one i have? They both have been bored before. I dont know how much though. How can I tell?
  3. What a stupid ass! The asshole that rebuilt this motor didnt put one of the wrist pin clips in and it fucked up the walls so bad it has to be resleaved. (how ever its spelled) and the other piston broke on the intake side. WHAT A MESS! I will post pics this weekend.
  4. Rebuild time came faster then i thought. Where is the best place to get my parts from? It has the Cool Head so what gasket set do i need? ( Sorry if stupid ass questions) I am going to replace the pistons of course with Wiseco's hopefuly i caught it in time to be able to use standard bore but if not whatever is the next size will work. As for the seals. While I have it a part I want to change seals so any suggestions on which ones i should replace please tell me. It had a piston slap when i got it so i am thinking that rod baring and wrist pin should take care of that? If not please tell me. This is going to be the first time I have done this so please help with any info you can. This sucks I was really hoping this would of lasted until winter.. I wish I could order the parts the pull it a part but thats not going to happen not knowing whats on the inside. WWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
  5. lol.. i have looked through some of my posts and man my english sucks ass. You wouldnt think i am 39. oh well such is life!
  6. http://www.sandwizards.com/Main.htm Under Trips and Tricks. Its the OEM Manual.
  7. So dealer?
  8. Hey guys while I was cleaning my shee last night I noticed one of my springs for my T5 was missing. Anyone have some they want to part with? I would like to replace all 4 anyways cause they have some rust one them. BTW Thank you on the advise on the Bel-Ray GearSaver. My clutch seems more better. LONG LIVE THE SHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
  9. I took your suggestion and got Bel-Ray GearSaver 80. Looks like Tranny fluid. After I use up my gallon of Pennzoil I will prolly change to something better. My thing with that is I want to be able to buy it 1 gallon at a time. I just might be forced into getting 4 quarts at a time.
  10. As for the Pennzoil question. What I have been using is for the outboards. 100% Syn. I was looking for something that I didnt have to buy 1 quart at a time. http://pennzoil.com/products/marine/100pcSynth2cycle.html there is the link.
  11. I am still a little confused. A yes on the Pennzoil for mixing with gas? and I no for the gears? The guy from Yamaha gave me 20/40 for the gears but the book says 10/30 which is it? Its coming up on oil change time.
  12. No syn for gas mix as well? Thats what they gave me at Yamaha. After that I have been using Pennzoil 100% syn.
  13. Hi guys, Do any of you guys use Mobil1 full Syn oil? When I bought my shee I went to the local Dealer and he sold me Yamahlub so thats what I used. I use nothing but Mobil1 in my truck and was wondering if I can use it in my shee. I also wanted to know how often you all lub your chain. Thanks
  14. sure did. 110 and 115.
  15. Hi Night, What I did didnt fix shit. I still have to use carb cleaner to start it when its cold. What I did was pull out the choke and clean it. I think my problems is its rebuild time. Enough compression to run and have fun but I dont think enough to create a good sucktion for the choke to work right. As I have said before as long as it lasts my through the summer I will be happy. I plan on doing a rebuild when it gets to cold to ride.
  16. As for the WD40 I tried it and I couldnt get mine started using it. Carb cleaner seems to work great.
  17. If you would like to see what mine looks like i posted some pics in the image area.
  18. Frank, thank you for the chain info. I figured it out. What took me a few minutes is i had to turn it counter clockwise to tighten it. It sags a little until i sit on it. Is that normal? As for the choke problem ithat didnt fix it I just wonder if the compression is boarder line and its just time to do a rebuild. It is 110 and 115. I want it to last through the summer then I plan on doing a rebuild. It has a knock that I dont like. I plan on doing a bore and replace the barrings.
  19. Oh sorry what i did to fix it. I just pulled the check out and cleaned it. It looked like it had some crap on it.
  20. I guess its fixed. I went out this morning and it fired up on first kick but I didnt have to use the choke. So time will tell! On a different note. I notice after I wash it something must get wet. It fires up but when I rev it up as I let go of the throddle and it goes back to idle it is like it wants to die but it doesnt. I have noticed that a few times. Now it is getting my worried about washing it. I try to keep it clean as I can and would hate to not be able to wash it at the end of the day. Any ideas?
  21. Why the hell didnt it post them? I sent them to your email as well.
  22. Here are the pics. As you can see the guy that put this on didnt have the right tool. Speaking of that what is it called and where can i get one?
  23. I think that did it. Took it 5 kicks then it started I will see tomorrow if that fixed it.
  24. Good deal man! I am going to check mine today if i have time. As for the starting fluid its not so much no lub it the force it creates in the cylinder. It can break a piston, or rod, or crank. Good job getting yours fixed. I hope that is what mine is.
