  1. pretty much exactly what he said... i was about to post the same thing... although i would be careful on the timing... 3-5 degrees... more timing = more torque but less topend... and, more timing leans the motor a bit as well... use it as a tool to dial the bike... yyz
  2. imo, lose the tr6's and hook up with some t5's or cpi's... tr6's do have good bottom end and are a fun pipe to dune and trail with, but they run too short out on the top... they just don't have the pull ya' know... yyz

    Is this enough?

with stock porting i assume... t5's w/toomey needles, k&n clamp ons, +3 degree timing plate, mill the head .030, 13-41 gearing, jet accordingly... you'll be suprised... yyz
  9. yeah... who needs fenders... i aced mine right before labor day weekend... hey duner440... didn't i see you at ls last weekend? yyz
  10. I have a set of 17cc Small Bore Noss Domes that were used once for about 2 hours. No flaws whatsoever, spark plug threads are perfect. Will also fit Pro-Design Cool Head. Great domes, just gave me a little too much compression for my porting. 60.00 shipped lower 48... PayPal or MO accepted... Thanks, yyz
  11. i had a similar problem with a 4 corner score during breakin... mine were .020 over wiseco prolites... called wiseco and they said their tolerances are very good weight-wise and that i could just replace one piston with no problems... so i did and have had no problems... that was about 6 months ago... banshee pistons from wiseco are not sold in balanced sets... according to wiseco all of their banshee pistons are within a half gram weight-wise... i would just make sure you mic the new piston and set the appropriate clearance when you re-hone the cylinder... i would of course put new rings in as well and clean everything well too... you could also call wiseco and see what they say as well... yyz
  12. You can get a 2007 Banshee in Canada.

  17. I am in need of a banshee front fender to race cut... can be race cut already if it is cut out beyond the first seem outside of the side bolt mounts... or, can be lobbed off in that area to save shipping and then i can finish them... I would prefer radical white from a 2000 or 2001, but can also make the 2004, 2005, 2006 bright white work as well... Thanks, yyz
  18. i have a mint new set of stock front wheels and tires and mint stock rear wheels and tires... the set has about 4-6 hours on them... all sand... came off of a '06 banshee we just bought new about 5 weeks ago... yyz

  21. i have a similar problem with that website... only happens when i set the keyboard in my lap however... lol... yyz
  22. i agree... but i like the idea also, of not changing too many things at once... didn't like bending the clutch linkage down, but i was careful... and, after milling the carb bowl plug, i have about 1/8" of clearance... yyz
