  1. I have been running JT Front and Rear Sprockets with RK 520xso chain for a couple of years with no problem. I have a friend who had a JT rear and you could see where the side plates of the chain were wearing on the out side surface of the sprocket. He is currently running Sidewinder Sprockets and Chain. Going to see if they hold up.
  2. He does great work. Before After
  3. It just depends. Give it some time and see how you like them. I would say your going to be happier with a stock ported cylinders though.
  4. There chrome work is top notch. You wont find a better finish. That is were I got my CPI's from.
  5. They deffinatly run cool. It take 1 full engine ice jug and probably 1/8 of another to fill up a dry system. Where you normaly have some left over on a stock rad. Dajo is selling 3 Oversized boss radiators. 300 and free shipping. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=97756 I have a Pro Designe one. It is built well. I bought it because it looked to be the bigest one. Seemed to have bigger end tanks. About like Dajo's boss rad's. I got mine on ebay for 350 shipped. I didn pay the 499 alba wants. Pro Design Radiator LINK
  6. There is a guy selling a complete top end for 750. It is dune ported by HJR. Bran bore and 64.25mm pistons so the jugs have plenty of life. 66.5 is max bore size. HJR Dune port job 300 Rebuild Kit 295 From HJR. Shaved head also comes with it. So you would be paying 155 for the cylinders. That rebuild kit comes with gaskets so you might see if he would thow them in for you. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=97796 700-750 would be a resonalbe price for a ported top end ready to run. Pluse no waiting for poring. HJR has a 2 week turn around time were big builders say 2-3 months but usually end up 4-6 months. josh
  7. http://www.gbcmotorsports.com call them up see where to get them. josh
  8. I would have a nice port job done to the cylinders while you have it appart. After pipes, a port job is the next step up in power. A head will add midrange but wont be as noticable as a port job. When you port the cylinders they opean up the ports wich change the durations. It is like adding a cam shaft to a 4 stroke. New prolite pistons Port job from HJR (cheap and quick turn around) A Noss Machine head if you have cash left over from the port job. If not a shaved stock head will do. http://www.herrjugsracing.com/Porting_Motor_packages.html If you just send the jugs to kevin he will bore them to the correct size and will have the pistons on hand and probably cheaper than most places sell them for. I would get the Hot Trail port or the Dune Port job if it was me. josh
  9. Sfift star, Pancake berring (clutch disengament) Prodesign Billit water pump, Prodesign EZ drain water pump cover.
  10. I would go stock cylinder 4 mill. When you step up to a cub you really should go with PWK35's, and a set of inframe drag pipes because the cub is a drag port out of the box. josh
  11. You need to get a pair of taller carb top adjuster so you can adjust more slack out of the cable. I would get the ez pull springs and metal Idle screws while your at it. josh Jeff's Carb Parts LINK
  12. You should try finding a set of ported stock cylinders on here and then try them out. Then sell the cub if you like them. Or keep the cub and put a set of cpi's on it.
  13. Yep the problem isnt with the Pipes it is with the Cylinders. Drag port = absolutly no low end with a below average mid range. A cub is a light switch it is ethire on or it is off.
  14. Looks like a clean install. If you set it up on the grab bar will the light still be ok?
  15. I was just giving ya a hard time. went cheap. It would be hard to go back to a regular carrier after having a round house though. The chain adjustmet is so easy josh
  16. It depend alot on the motor. Some guy say they run 160 with 4 deg of timing on pump. I ran 19cc domes 150 psi on 90 octane with 4 deg of timing. I would be comfortable running 155 or so psi on 93 octane.
  17. Why dont you put it on. Changing studs is a pice of cake. I run the PD head. josh
  18. Here is my banshee before the 2006 make over.
  19. That is why you dont see very many of them. Why buy a Hi rev when you can get a t5 with better chrome for half the price and have it preform just as good if not better. josh
  20. The RIS ones work pretty good to. They use 4 viton orings to seal them up.
  21. www.nossmachine.com Aluminum Head and oring kit is $195 Anodized aluminum Head and Oring kit $220 Domes are $65 So your looking at 260 for a head ready to go. No stud changing and BHQ members get 10% off. He is a really nice guy to deal with and will just charge you the actual shipping. Not rape you for a nother 50-60 bucks. dlnoss is his user name here on HQ too. josh
  22. Them big radiators are nice to have. I have a Prodesign. You can trial ride with grandpa all day long and not overheat.
  23. Who runs a Stock Berring Carrier anyway
  24. And if you look at the chart most guys run 21's at sea level on pump gas and the chart shows the same psi for 20's at 1000 ft.
  25. http://www.nossmachine.com/banshee_heads.htm Acording to Prodesigns chart in my RMATV catologe and noss machen chart your right on the money at 145 psi with 21's at 1000 ft. The Prodesigne chart shows 151 psi at 1000 ft for 20's The noss machine chart shows 156 psi at 1000 ft for 20's If your running 93 octane then I would probably go down a size. What is your timing set at. If you get some pining with the new domes you can alwasy try backing your timing off. josh
