i did notice that larger nipple in there i was able to punch it out. what i was hoping to be able to do was use the case breather out of my side case which is on my shee now aswell as the kickstarter seal . what do yas think?

brought them and they are being shipped the worst thing about living in australia and having a shee is having to wait for all good parts

i got an old rz side case off a mate and polished to a mirror finish. this case will go on wont it? i havent just wasted my time have i?

I had this problem once i was put the spring back on and every time i moved the kick starter it came off. it was just by chance that i tried it with the side cover on and it stayed put. sometimes its just the little things which you dont think of first

i have a prodesign cool head with standard bore domes i am just about to get some porting done and my first bore to freshen it up for new pistons whats the go with the big bore domes am i going to have to get new domes how much can u bore before u have to use big bore domes?

i found these on ebay, im looking for a new intake system and i really dont want to get the prodesign one withe the boost bottle because the boost bottle does nothing, and gets in the way i know u can get prodesign intake with out the boost bootle but it has no cross over, and from what i have heard and read is the u should have some kind of cross over any help will be appreiated these seem to be the answer to my question billet intake superior desin so no splitting and a cross over tube http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...184727&rd=1

hey guys i worked out the problem, it is funny actually i had the carby pistons it the wrong side. lol. the only way i noticed is that there were no markers in the viewing windows on the side of the carbies. lesson i wont forget, also has any body else got the terrycable removal kit. becasue i was just wondering whats the go with the caps. the screw on stoppers dont hold the cap at all i was thinking of bending the stopper so it sits on the cap or am i safe to run with out them?

the carbies are in sync as i said in the last everything else is fine its just running rich and really boggy

hey guys this may sound stupid but i installed a terry cable tors removal kit. now it is run richer then before i didnt change any jetting needle hieght nothing, is it possible that the new idle screws inside the carbies are affecting air flow. other then rich she is running fine.

no they are set 1/2inch back. not a full inch like other models

i drill out the rivets on my 06 banshees labels andd the whole the chunky plastic that the warning label were in on the front left came off to. they are not a part of the plastic mould

not sure on the method i will check next time i fill up we have 3 octane levels available at the pump here in australia 92 95 and 98 thats why i use the 98 because i thought it would be the best for it, when i fill up my car i only use 92. because there is a big price difference.

it is definetly 98 octane im running im from australia and 98 is pump gas

i have been read a lot of posts, done some research. i have decided to go with the noss head and i think 21cc domes, but i wanted to make sure i ride at sea level 98 octane 32:1 motul 800 i am also thinking about getting a mild port later on will i have to change domes when this is done any help would be great thanks

thanks for the replys this is what i had already done, im going to go with it for this weekend and then see what else i can come up with.

i am runnig a pro design foam filter (airbox lid on) and i only ever ride on the sand. u can bet anything you like that after every ride the filter is absolutly caked in sand i thought about get a stocking and doubling a section of it over and then stretching it over where the snorkel used to be and cable tying it there to act as a sort of a pre filter (outerwear) .has anybody ever tried this and will or does it work.please help. if this doesnt work i will have to change the adaptor plate and get a K&N with a outerwear i just dont really want to buy another filter.

the temperatures i ride in range from 60 - 90F . and im sorry but i dont know what you mean by elevation going forward

i currently have 300s in at the moment . so there is no way im running lean? thats all im worried about
