  4. IF you are a fan of the Knarlys witch one HT or XC HAS anyone tried the radial xc ???? please specify HT OR XC OR XCRADIAL AND WHY thanks
  5. I bought some a wile ago put um on with some yfz 450 shocks. smooth baby smooth looks good to ! no mods to arms to fit YFZ this set up is grate does that sound like tony the tiger to you? or is it just me.
  6. Rear axle carrier bearings chain and sprockets Bumpers Brake pads any thing can be Billet the list goes on and on. later
  7. I am just trying to picture this in my head. So what exactly lubes the baring in between the con rod and crank. Air fuel mixture ? and what lubes the baring between crank and the case. Tranny oil ? or air fuel mix???????? sorry about the new guy question but that's why i am hear is to learn. thanks later
  8. pod filters. super simple 2 filters clamped right to the carbs. only one joint to seal. I cheeped out and bought uni pod's they seem to work but they pick up a lot of dirt because of the sticky oil. kn seem like the best bet. later
  9. Ball joints out 2 turns. tie rods done up tight and I have some toe in. It is snowing so front tire ware is not a problem. I think some toe in is good for tracking issues, yes there such a thing as too much but i feel at zero or some toe out can cause front end wander. I am no expert (disclaimer don't sue me!!) but as a heavy equipment tec the only time we try to get exact toe in to 0 is on the front end of a truck witch sees 6-7 tons and the front tires are over 15 inches wide going 65-70Mph. Screwing out the Ball joints 3-4 turns is not going to effect strength That much They are metric 16m thread witch is huge. the strongest part by far. no picks yet. it will take some time to get it perfect but how much time does your front end spend on the ground any way. Later!
  10. I just finished my install!!! The A arms look top notch. I don't know what spending more money could get you. These look super beefy and are rebuildable. fit and finish was super good all the holes lined up perfect. I had a bad experience with getting mine shipped ( they forgot to ship ) took 2 months to get them hear(Canada). I ordered 2+ 1 up for stock length shocks. Installed with yfz 450 shocks. first ride, All I can say is WOW. super smooth super tight, very stable. I did not know that a quad could ride this Smoth. or be this stable in the corners. set up on the shocks will take some time. Right now I have very minimal preload. Ride height looks OK but it feels to soft and I don't want to bottom them out. so i will crank up the pre load some. adjust valving to fit your needs and you should be good. I would recommend yfz shocks They can be Adjusted for every one. before i could not hang on to this thing and use all of the stock HP I would just get bounced off. Now I need more power.
  11. thanks for the good description. sounds huge compared to ware I normally ride. Are paddals a must or will the nobbies do? I will definitely have to come out some time this summer and bring the truck , banshee, Little brothers dirt bike (it 250) thanks for the Grate description and the pics.
  12. who has some pics of Brule. I would like to go . all i could find on Google is it is near Hinton. how big is it? how big are the hills? how many people/cops? I have been wanting to go to Abraham lake but if Brule is way bigger might have to go there first. I just ride local stuff with the dirt bike gang so they would be tagging along
  13. so good day Eh. Bowden Alberta , Red Deer County farms, gravel pits, woods, dry lake beds
  14. a cable helped me a lot. I took a grinder to the stock perch to get rid of the E brake. watch what you use for cable lube. some will collect a lot of dust and it will work in to the cable. not good I use graphite or just run them dry.
  15. If it was a moded Banshee mill, just think how big the fuel tank would have to be just to make the check points . I don't think it would be possible .
  16. I would say it is jetting mine was doing the same thing so last weekend I put new jets in. I had to go one size smaller. And now its dam fast . with no bog . What do your plugs look like? color
  17. did they go into the engine and mess any thing up ????
  18. Well I think i got lucky and just had to try one set to get it bang on so i will take back 2 sizes. I will try the local auto speed shop for a better price they must have some thing similar or are these jets very unique. I knew i got riped off dam it
  19. What do you guys pay for jets I sent a buddy down to the Yamaha store to get 6 jets ( three sizes) and it cost me $46.00 WHAT THE HELL????? I was going to phone down there but they are closed now.

  22. I don't know what is in it but I will buy some 200-190-180 and see what works thanks for the ball park.
  23. 3220 feet 60-80 degrees bike is bone stock. I Bought it at see level but I live at 3220 Feet. and it seems to run alright but it lodes up if you lug around to much and the plugs are getting blacker and blacker. Thanks
  24. Has anyone herd of or is running these The review sounds good and the ceramic coating looks good. I am considering buying these and any help would be good. The steel silencers should last along time. I ride every thing slow bush, fast woods. some sand and wide open gravel roads. These boys know snow but what about the banshee? http://www.atvsource.com/articles/product_...nshee_pipes.htm
