  4. waht i did is just removed the end where the cable is held and cut off the big ass arm, removed the adjustment bolt cut it really short so it wont contact the piston put a washer to hold the rubber cover in place. with out the bolt shit will go right onto the applier piston.

  7. you may be able to sneak it out if the truck has a body lift at all. otherwise unplug fuel lines and electrical droptank-straps will probably break usually only like 30$ or so blow off top of tank so no shit falls in tank-not sure if sender is bolt in or has a ring remove sender, replace and reassemble. first id try unpluggin the electrical it may be a wiring concern. on fords open is full tank and 0ohms is empty. unplug and turn on key look at guage,turn off key put jumper wire in connector turn on key see if guage moves. id say level 7 on dirtyness and labor and level 3 on complexity

  9. from the top it looks like the rear is pushed to the left some all motor mounts except one on the bottom are in. left side pipe is like .5-1 inch away from jug and right side is like 1.5-2 inches away? is this normal or is something wrong?can someone post a pic of their motor from the top with tank off? thanks pete
  10. thanks for the help i got single carb so i guess dont worry about the connectors. im gona get the clymers from previous owner this wekend thatll prolly tell me ^ also are dirtbike levers the same length as stock? my clutch pull is really hard ive lubed it but no help??

  13. easyist way is if you have air to use an impact and keep spinning it while you use a 3/8 extension to push it out. try penatrating lube and a ratchet to turn it

  15. assembling my shee i blasted and painted frame swingarm and a-arms red. should i go white plastics or black?
  16. i dissasembled my shee last winter and i am getting it back together now cant remember where everything goes. 1 what are teh 2 plugs on the wiring harness around/above the carb for? 2 does the harness pretty much just follow the upper frame tube from front to back? 3 removed park brake cable and lever and wiring. what do you guys get for a clutch lever and perch, or do you just leave the giant perch for the pb? thanks pete

  21. i just did mine yesterday. removed the bolt tehn there should be caps on both ends of the a arm with rubber seals then there is a steel tube all the way through insinde the bushings on either end. i bought delrin bushings off ebay and wizzwheeled the rust off the tubes. spread a little grease on the tube slide it in and assemble. ive seen teh needle bearings and i thought that i read you need to minfy something to use them they arent direct fit.

  24. buy an impact and use any bolt any place any of the sources said above
  25. on run you ride till its sputters or dies then you switch to res and it will drain all the rest of the fuel from the tank. on my street bike it died while petcock was "on" switched to "res" and only got a half mile pulled the tank off and found on tube was cracked so it would drain fuel all the way to the bottom. take it out and look at it or just fill up more often the on tube doesnt suck fuel from the bottom of the tank while the res does if the res tube was broke off it would make no difference if the on was broke off then youd have no res at all
