If I needed a top end, I woulda went that route too, much less work to ahve evrything apart at the same time. Everyone know the go fast mods are always more fun too!

Dude, you ruined it for yourself, I doubt seriously anyone will buy your stuff now that you have suceeded in being rude to everyone on here. I have sold a few things on here and bought many without a single problem, so I don't honestly think that this board screwed you out of anything. Take it like a man, and shut up, and move on, maybe(probably not) but just maybe you'll learn from your mistake and be more reasonable next time your selling something. And yeah, try not using all caps.

:yelrotflmao: Ooooooh, watch out, he might try to clown on your ride and fail miserably.
-
:yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: dude, your a fuckin' joke, you can't sell parts, and you can't even clown on other people, give it a rest, better have mommy tuck you in goodnight before you get too wound up.

:yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: I hate it when I'm right. EDIT: The all caps is a dead give-away as well as the ever so creative username

Dude, just my .02, but after reading this thread, I wouldn't buy anything off of you. If your selling stuff, especially if your vague about a price, your going to get lowball offers no matter where your at. If your rude to the person offering, they are going to tell other people, if your repsectful to them, then they will tell others that as well. I don't know why I'm wasting my breath because your just going to curse me out anyway, but just a tip for ya when you re-register with a different name and try to pimp your stuff on here again. EDIT: I wouldnt even waste my time here normally, but you did blow off some of the coolest people on this board, and everyone whos anyone here knows that they don't fuck around with anyone, so for you to say shit like that, it pisses everyone off here.

Changes from 87' to 06' (and beyond)
LiftdT4R replied to Hollister_Hitman's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Forgot about this, and then remembered when I was reading Clymer today. Older shees also had ?ring nuts? instead of hex nuts on the axle. For some reason my 2001 had ring nuts(I knwo they are from way way before), somebody must have lost the hex nuts and had them laying around. They are a BITCH to get off. You have to like hit them with a punch, to try to break them loose. Weird, just thought I'd mention, not sure what years had this, and Clymer said Yamaha doesnt sell them anymore. -
Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.

How do you get the HQ discount? I ordered mad shit from mod quad, but never knew about it.

Thanks for the info man! I here ya on not having enough time. I plan on doing an MX/woods port on my next re-build. I hate tearing the top end apart if I don't have to. Sounds like a good setup, I was thinking about doing the -1 swinger too, you can have the stocker cut down, or you can buy a cut stocker pretty cheap on e-bay. I have +2 LSRs, and Works shocks for my 01 that I'm building, also have a +2 axle on order. I'm doing just the opposite as you, suspension first, and then the engine. I'm a little worried about running a wide suspension like the one I have here, but the trails I do arent too too tight. Not sure, I have been itchin to try the 2 into 1, but the price has kept me away. I'll get around to it one of these days, if I didn't have $50 worth of Mikuni jets sittin' here it would be a little easier too. I don't have a problem keeping up with 400exs or yfzsin the trails, and I usually run just as reliable, but the handling isnt all there on the banshee. I get pretty sore after a days ride. A little more low end grunt wouldnt be bad either for those tricky tricky hillclimbs(still getting over my roll from last month).

Red, why you keep changing your avatar, and what is that supposed to be? Polish Cheerio?

Ahh, another New Englander, I felt the same way too, I always rode 4 strokes for trails, started out with a Mojave, then went to a raptor 660. Banshees are soooo cheap comparitavely to other bikes in the northeast, and they are sooo easy to find parts for, I decided to give them a shot, a week later I gave my raprotr to my brother, and have been beatin on the banshee ever since. I just ordered some PT mids, had to send them off to powdercoat though(wouldnt shell out the extra $$$ for chrome). Wanted to ask you if you noticed a big difference with the Trinity 2 into 1? I have been tempted to do that setup for a while, but have been hesitant. I have heard mixed reviews about them, some poeple said it actually made the bike slower. In theory, I'm not sure how it would work, and it took me a long time to learn how to setup 2 carbs, but I finally got the hang of it, so the tuning issue wouldnt really bother me. Also, anybody here running a -1 or -2 swinger for trails? Was thinking about doing oneof those too on my 01 build, but was a little leary. Does it make it into a wheelie machine? Also, do you have to revalve the back shock? How is the improved traction?

That's true, I guess you'll never really hear a poltician apologize, but it was so close it fooled me.
-
http://www.optonline.net/News/Article/Feed...icle%3D20028839 In case you didn't see, Kerry apologized. Kinda suprised, guess he's really trying to pack in the last minute votes, unfortunately he will never sway me from the legalize marijuana party. EDIT: Honestly, I could care either way about politics, but I did find the quote from Cheney pretty funny in the article above: "Of course, now Senator Kerry says he was just making a joke, and he botched it up. I guess we didn't get the nuance. He was for the joke before he was against it,"

Hell yeah, ellison is right about the razr2s, they grip pretty fuckin' good. I want to try a pair of the "cut" kenda knarleys though. The only tires I had that didn;t spin everwhere where realtors, so the cut knarleys might be acool, if you do a search there are a few threads about them.
-
Ohhh shit, I like the pic in your sign! No matter what political faction you are the kinda shit he said is a real low blow to everyone over there. Next week, I will be voting how I vote every election. The Legalize Marijuana party. Check it out, this dude ran for Governenr here in NJ, and I think someone from his party is running for senate or something like that. http://www.njweedman.com/ The guy is cool as hell!

It's up to you, but I love trail riding 2 strokes. With the right pipes, +4 timing and a milled head you'll have some nice low end grunt. Also, putting a sprocket that's 1 tooth smaller up front helps too. I have 0 problems keeping up with 4 strokes through trails, and I'll blast through the straight aways even faster most times. To be honest if it were up to me I'd do the bansh and 2 gs worth of mods, you'll have a nice setup. But to each is own, and I know a lot of people do prefer 4 strokes for trails. I'm just not one of them.

Thanks...... Tried that allready, it's at the point where it's moved so far up that it's akward to shift. I don't wear a big size shoe or anything like that, but with riding boots or even work boots it's tough to shift.

WooHoo...Picked up me a shee tonight!
LiftdT4R replied to Bubba_wrx's topic in General Banshee Discussion
 Damn, I rmember when my banshee used to look like that. I'd skip on the reed spacers, they don't really do anything except clear the clutch arm when you have larger carbs. Plus you won't be able to run an air box if your doing trails. Your right on on the other mods though, I see you've been reading! -
Hey, what's up? Was wondering if anyone has a yellow tank and radiator shroud in good shape? If so, shoot me a PM. Thanks!
-
Just was wondering what other people were doing about their shifter after putting on AC Pro Pegs. I can't get my foot under the shifter to shift up, and it hits my nets when I shift down. The nets are as loose as it allows, I was just going to cut the nets and burn the ends, but I was gonna see what yall were doin first? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks,

I've always had Fords for as long as I can remember. My dad swears by them even though they give us soo many problems. But I bet you didn't know that 98% of all Fords ever built are still on the road? The other 2% made it home!!
