  1. I set them up with a JJG or JJH needle. 162-165 mains, center clip position on needle. 48-50 pilot, air screw at 1.5 turns out.
  2. RMK....I sent you a pm.
  3. I got a set.
  4. pm sent.
  5. For you guys who dont know how to spot a production pipe compared to custom pipes: The several welded cones indicate a custom made set of pipes. When they have the stamped chambers that look smooth and are welded vertical and longitudely on the chamber, thats a production pipe. All the pipes everyone named off are production units, these pipes in the pic are custom made.
  6. I got some pictures in my email. It was more than I want to pay though.
  7. power pros makes custom pipes, thats what I think they are.
  8. Anyone else got anything?
  9. I run the steel cascade vbars, they start to rust after a couple years if they dont have cascade chrome on them. I just had them powdercoated though.
  10. Power pros makes pipes for half the manufacturers in southern california. I would be willing to bet thats who made these. Send a picture of em to them and ask.
  11. It is pretty obvious to me after studying up on two stroke exhaust systems that the single chamber seems to be exactly why the pipe does not work well. Two stroke exhaust pulses exit the cylinder, and then thay are drawn back in slightly. If you have a pressure wave exiting the opposite side, its going to corrupt the pulse from the other cylinder.
  12. sent pm.
  13. They dont really look anything like ct pipes to me. Here is a set of ct pipes. I was thinking they looked like another set of power pros.
  14. 1989 has different brake calipers. None of the other years will bolt up to the spindle mounts for the brakes.
  15. there is nothing there.
  16. I had a guy come over yesterday and I gave him the choice of tm or pwk, and he chose the TM. So I think you'll be happy either way.
  17. I am looking for some stock a-arms (all 4). I can use some spindles too, The spindles CAN'T be the odd ball 1989 setup. Leave a post here or PM me. Im not looking for anything that's bent or beat to hell. If you got parts, then work on getting me a pic, because I will want to see what shape they are in.
  18. I would say there is no real difference or advantage from one to the other. Both for me take the same amount of tuning (not any harder from one to the other), and they both are setup similar. The only real huge difference is the slide shape. I tend to use the mikunis more, cause I have all the jets, and I know all the specs on the TM flatslides.
  19. Stock to stock on a mx track that thing would be able to beat a banshee.
  20. Do you still have the a-arms? Pics? Condition?
  21. I cant tell what that meant. Do you have pics of these?
  22. I guess my point was, if it was the king, one of the raptors would be the one closest to knocking it off the podium.
  23. No, if you want a low mid pipe then get the pro circuits, pt mids, or fmf gnarley.
  24. I am a mikuni guy myself. I have a set of pwk 28's with pods for sale though.
  25. Thats why jack doesn't have to worry about the little guy. He is making money because he knows his shit, and people go to him for that. Sandtoys don't know their shit, thats why they suck. I didn't think the owner was friendly when I went into sandtoys. I though he was kind of a pushy know it all, running a pretty un-professional looking business by the appearance of his showroom/parts area and his shop.
